This is a single detached house, fully fenced and well gated. It has a spacious living room and a family room where your family can bond and relax together after a day's hustle and bustle. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and has built-in closets where you can keep your personal belongings during the entire duration of your stay. It has its own 500 liters water tank so you'll never run out of water during midnights. Mineral water on a hot and cold water dispenser will be provided. First air kit, cold packs, and a fire extinguisher are all readily available for emergencies. 1. Spitting and throwing of left-overs in the kitchen sink is not allowed. 2. Air-conditioners, electric fans, tv, internet modem and other appliances (except for the refrigerator and the water dispenser) should be turned off every time the guest(s) leaves the property. 3. Trash cans are provided. Please throw all your garbages properly especially before your departure (check-out). We do have housekeeping but please don't scatter your garbage anywhere inside the house.

Coco's Residence is located at a tranquil residential area that's settled over what's well known as the 'City of Gentle People'. Surrounded by a calm neighbourhood and away from main road, it is a 5-minute drive from downtown Dumaguete and a 30-minute drive from the famous diving spot(s) in Dauin. It is close to ACE Doctors Dumaguete, a newly built hospital which has recently open its doors to the public. Some eateries and restaurants are also situated nearby, as well as a branch of Mercury Drugstore.
Getting around
Tricycles can be accessed anytime of the day, which can be hired to bring you from point to point within the city. If you want to rent a vehicle or motorcycle, please inform us ahead of time so we can assist in arranging for it.
