Characteristic house in the courtyard of an elegant villa with private swimming pool surrounded by high stone walls in a dominant position (view of the Ragusa coast) for a peaceful holiday in the outskirts of Modica and 6-15 km from Scicli, Pozzallo, Ragusa and the splendid coasts. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a double bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed and a sofa bed for one and a half, bathroom with shower and large outdoor spaces (reserved parking spaces).
Guests will have access to the common outdoor spaces, private swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, chairs and tables; possibility to organize barbecues on summer evenings.
