The property is found in the countryside in a quiet panoramic location and has a swimming pool which is for the private use of guests only. The house is decorated in a comfortable and rustic Tuscan style. The location is excellent as it is a short distance from the best that the Val d’Orcia, the crete senesi and Umbria have to offer. The nearby town of Chiusi has a train station which allows guests to reach cities such as Siena, Florence and Rome. Access to the property is via a good condition dirt road (2.5km) Available to guests: large garden with beautiful private swimming pool reserved for the use of the guests of Villa Sarteano (12 x 6 m – minimum depth 1.2 m – maximum depth 2.4 m), outside shower (cold water) near the pool. Parking at the property. Distances: supermarket and access to the highway A1 and 4 km, Sarteano with a wide variety of shops - 5 km, Chiusi - 7 km, Chianciano Terme - 10 km, Montepulciano - 20 km, San Casciano dei Bagni - 20 km, Bagno Vignoni - 35 km, Pienza - 33 km, Cortona - 40 km, Montalcino - 40 km, Orvieto - 40 km, Perugia - 60 km, Siena - 80 km, Rome - 160 km. Extra services: (to be paid at the villa): Children’s cot available upon request at a cost of € 50 per week. Cleaning service available upon request at a charge of € 15 per hour. Washing machine located in outside utility room - € 6 per cycle. The property is partnered with the famous thermal spa Fonteverde di San Casciano dei Bagni, with the Terme of Chianciano and with some wineries close by. Apartment 3 60 m2 Ground floor: living room with fireplace and dining area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with french bed (for 1 adult or 2 children), bathroom with shower. 1 step higher: kitchen (oven, freezer, toaster, dishwasher). Apartment 4 55 m2 Ground floor: entrance into living room with dining area and kitchenette (oven, barbecue), double bedroom with direct access to outside, bedroom with french bed (for 1 adult or 2 children), bathroom with shower. Apartment 5 90 m2 Ground floor: entrance into living room with dining area and kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, barbecue), double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms - each with shower. The living area of this apartment is large enough to accommodate all of the guests from each apartment together.
