La Petite Maison, 270m2, 14 guests, 7 bedrooms, owes its name to the role it used to play on our family estate 2 centuries ago: it housed a few bedrooms to extend the capacity of the main house, an orangery, a chapel and a set of cellars and granaries specially designed to store vegetables and wheat harvest of the domain. We restored it entirely in a beautiful villa of the north Provence. The ground floor includes a 50 m2 living room, a kitchen, a large stairway case, a washroom with WC and a laundry room. The living room is spacious, with 3m high ceilings, 2 large sofas, TV, Internet WIFI, a fireplace and old furniture to spend comfortable hours by the fire. We installed a complete Home Cinema with an IPod connection for you to listen to your preferred music or watch your favorite movies and pictures. The dining room table can accommodate 14 people; the dishes of white Limoges porcelain and the cutlery are elegant and you will be charmed by the simplicity, taste and purity of the decoration. Outside, there is a large terrace, open to the park, with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, an outside fire-pit for fire camps under the stars…
The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories and appliances: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, food processor, steamer, blender... The laundry-room includes a freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, and iron and an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner... The Petite Maison is also equipped with an excellent gas-powered central heating system: everything has been planned for to provide you with a most convenient time in Vincenti.
On the first floor, you will find 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with WC, 2 of them being attached to a bedroom. We have selected your bedding with great care, in order to give you maximum comfort. We also prepare your villa according to the specific needs of your family. The 7 bedrooms can be arranged either with a double bed 180x200cm (King size) or two separate beds 90x200. When you arrive at Vincenti, your rooms and your bathrooms will be ready, carefully prepared with quality linen, duvets and towels. If necessary, we add baby beds, high chairs and changing tables: we want to offer the best environment for your little ones, who will find some toys upon their arrival. We can also introduce you with a warm local food maker from whom you can order some family meals, salads, pizzas… which he will deliver at the Petite Maison. These food services are not included in our prices and they must be directly purchased from their providers. The Petite Maison is non-smoking and we do not accept animals.
We have plenty of space in Vincenti: the 24 acres park, with century-old trees, opens onto a small forest with a little stream. From the property, one can directly walk, bike or jog in the surrounding hills and countryside. The villa has a private terrace with plenty of garden furniture and an outdoor fire pit for pleasant campfires under the stars. A gas barbecue is also available. Naturally, gas and wood are provided free of charge!
For children, we have a covered playground with a ping pong table, a sandbox, playhouses and outdoor toys. There are also swings and huge lawns to run and safely play. The tennis court, with his training wall and basketball pole, is available year round and the large swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30. The park is secured to the side of the road and there is plenty of space to park cars. If necessary, we also provide a garage for motorbikes or bicycles together with some tools to maintain them.

When you make your reservation, we will ask you the details of your party. This will allow us to prepare your "home", specifically for your family and friends.
Everything will be ready for you when you arrive and your beds will be comfortably prepared with fine linen and duvets. All bathrooms have hair-driers.

Grande maison facilement partageable pour deux familles. Accès direct sur le jardin pour surveiller les enfants..Très bien pensée, équipée et entretenue. C'est un lieu vraiment exceptionnel qui permet de vivre de belles vacances. Accueil chaleureux. Un grand merci.

Un lieu exceptionnel !
Voici un lieu incroyable où nous avons passé un long week-end en famille pour un anniversaire ! La petite maison a tout pour plaire, de grand espace commun tel que le salon avec sa magnifique cheminée, la cuisine avec absolument tout le nécessaire pour 15 personnes, les chambres sont également très spacieuses et lumineuse !
Le parc quand à lui est grandiose, les deux piscines, table de tennis de table, le terrain de tennis mais aussi les coins pour les enfants sont super, avec beaucoup de jouets : bac à sable, balançoires, cabanes dans les arbres, dînettes, mini tracteur, vélo…
Même avec un week-end plutôt pluvieux nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
C’est un lieu absolument splendide et cela est dû aussi à l’hospitalité, la réactivité et la gentillesse de nos hôtes Mr et Mme De Valence (ainsi qu’Henriette qui gère les locations).

Très bel endroit reposant
Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine en famille à la petite maison. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison, l'environnement, tout est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour avec les enfants. Les hôtes sont au petit soin. Seul bémol, il faisait chaud et un ventilateur ou la climatisation dans les chambres seraient les bienvenus. Nous recommandons le Domaine de Vicenti!

Séjour de rêve
Nous sommes une bande de 8 motards retraités et avons passé une semaine paradisiaque au domaine Vicenti, dans "la petite maison" qui par ailleurs porte bien mal son nom puisqu'elle est est immense (8 chambres) et particulièrement bien agencée. Le parc est magnifique, la piscine est un vrai bonheur et nos hôtes, Brigitte et Bernard sont d'une extrême discrétion. Quant à Henriette qui nous a accueillis, c'est la gentillesse et la serviabilité incarnée.
La literie est de haute qualité, les équipements au top...le paradis existe, nous y avons séjournée et nous reviendrons!

Un lieu de rêve !
Une parenthèse enchantée dans la fabuleuse "petite maison" partagée avec famille et amis pendant une semaine ! Un lieu magique pour fêter un anniversaire mémorable !
Tout est ici remarquable en commençant par l'accueil, la gentillesse et le sens du partage de ses hôtes, Brigitte et Bernard, que nous remercions de tout cœur.
Remarquable aussi l'équipement intérieur comme extérieur, de qualité et de bon goût. Nous n'avons naturellement pas profité de la piscine et du barbecue mais apprécié la cheminée et le bois mis à disposition, les soirées "vin chaud" autour du brasero ainsi que le cours de tennis.
Et que dire des balades dans le magnifique parc et ses arbres centenaires ainsi que toutes les possibilités de découvertes de cette belle Drôme provençale.
Il ne nous reste plus qu'à découvrir ce lieu magique à la belle saison !

Tout était remarquablement organisé et nous avons admiré la façon dont vous aviez planifié cette "surprise" bien sympathique, vous permettant de recevoir beaucoup de monde au fur et à mesure de la semaine, en tenant compte de la capacité de la maison et des consignes sanitaires. Très bonne année 2021 à vous tous et merci encore pour votre mot très chaleureux. Toute notre amitié à Georges er vous-même!

Qualité des prestations et de l'accueil irréprochable ☺ ! Je vous conseille les yeux fermés de venir passer vos week-ends ou vos vacances ici, entre amis ou en famille, vous ne serez pas déçus 👌
Tout est présent dans la petite maison au niveau des ustensiles, du linge de maison/bain, du petit bois pour faire des cheminées en hiver....
Nous avons été ravis de notre week-end avec mes 12amis !

Excellent home base for group cycling week
Every year in september I organise a cycling week for my cycling friends. We prefer to visit the Rhone area, enjoying the nice and challenging environment and the usualy good weather in this period. It is always hard to find a good house for our group of twelve. With La Petite Maison we found the perfect spot: Good starting location for our tours. A private place with all shops and services nearby. Beautiful and clean spaces and rooms. Enough and good quality single beds (can be used as double beds too). refreshing pool and spacious garden. And last but not last: the warm hospitality of the owners Brigitte and Bernard. Highly recommended for your cycling week or other group activities!

À l’arrivée , la première impression est WOUHA!!! La maison est superbe, très bien équipée, vraiment aménagée pour de grandes familles. Tout est parfait et de qualité. Nos hôtes ainsi que Mme Bouix sont très sympathiques et très à l’écoute. Nous avons vraiment eu l’impression d’être attendus et accueillis. En résumé , chers hôtes de vincenti , vous n’étiez pas notre plan A ni notre priorité mais vous êtes devenus notre parenthèse enchantée et nous recommandons vivement ce domaine A Bonin

Cocooning
La petite maison est située dans un cadre magnifique.
L'équipement est complet : électroménager, ustensiles de cuisine le tout dans un environnement moderne.
Grand confort+++ de la literie,chauffage parfait et le petit plus, la cheminée qui ajoute à l'ambiance douillette de "la petite maison" d'une propreté impéccable.
Petites randonnees dans les alentours.Commerces à proximité. Village de Mirmande à visiter absolument,sans oublier la dégustation de la clairette de Die.
Dès notre arrivée,nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise

bon séjour en famille
Le + ;le confort de la petite maison ,la chambre avec sa salle de bain , la cheminée et son salon .L'équipement de la cuisine ou tout le confort est présent avec des équipements de qualité ,le parc et ses alentours
Le - ; les volets difficile a fermer mais je pense que cela sera changés dans les années à venir

About the neighbourhood
The Domaine de Vincenti is located in the countryside and the pace of life is tranquil and peaceful, allowing for a great holiday, just on-site. But there are also many hikes available close by, in the open countryside. The river Drôme runs through the valley and its water is very clean with, in fine weather, excellent swimming and beautiful kayak rides. The Pre-Alps, the Vercors Mountains, the Forest of Saoû… hold many other possibilities. For the sports oriented, the region offers exiting opportunities for jogging, hiking, mountain-biking, horseback or bicycle riding, climbing, via-ferrata, acrobranche, kayaking...
Getting around
The Domaine de Vincenti is 3 kilometers away from the small town of Crest, with its famous medieval tower. One can find anything in Crest: supermarkets, bookstores, bakeries, butchers, wine shops, hair dressers, post office, organic food-stores, fruit and vegetable shops, restaurants, bistros, pharmacies, doctors, gas stations, garages... and a large open market every Saturday morning. In Crest, visit the beautiful ancient tower which overlooks the town since 900 years and offer spectacular views of the valley. In the area, there are also quantities of charming old villages to discover, often perched on hilltops, with their ancient streets, their country bistros and unassuming restaurants.

How to get there
To reach our property, you will leave the A7 highway at Valence-Sud or Loriol, depending on you arrive from the North or the South of France. From there, you will drive 25 minutes to reach us. Driving from Geneva or Grenoble on the A49 you will leave the highway at the second exit after the toll of Romans and then drive 35 minutes to get to Vincenti. If you come by train from Lyon, Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam... the easiest way is to arrive at the Valence-TGV station and rent a car. You will then drive 35 minutes to reach us. In all cases, we will give you GPS coordinates and an accurate location map to guide your trip.
