INTERIOR: The ground floor includes a spacious living-dining-room of 60 m2, a semi-open kitchen, a bathroom with WC and, coming down a few steps, a bedroom. The living room, with cathedral ceilings, offers two comfortable sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, ancient furniture and a fireplace to spend cozy hours by the fire. We installed a complete Home Cinema with and IPod connection for you to listen to your preferred music or watch your favorite movies and pictures on the flat screen. The dining table can accommodate 10 people; the dishes of white Limoges porcelain and the cutlery are elegant and you will be charmed by the simplicity, taste and purity of the decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories and appliances: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, food processor, steamer, blender... The laundry-room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner...
The villa is also equipped with an excellent gas-powered central heating system: everything has been planned for to provide you with a most convenient time in Vincenti. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, a large mezzanine and 2 bathrooms with WC, one of them being attached to a bedroom. We selected your bedding with great care, in order to give you maximum comfort: we also prepare the villa according to the specific needs of your family and all 4 bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) can be arranged either with a double bed 180x200 cm (King size) or two separate beds 90x200. In addition, 2 single beds of 90x200 cm sit in the mezzanine. When you arrive at Vincenti, your rooms and your bathrooms will be ready, carefully prepared with high quality linen, duvets and towels. If necessary, we add baby beds, high chairs and changing tables: we want to offer the best environment for your little ones, who will find some toys upon their arrival.
We have plenty of space in Vincenti: the 24 acres park, with century-old trees, opens onto a small forest with a little stream. From the property, one can directly walk, bike or jog in the surrounding hills and countryside. The villa has a private terrace with plenty of garden furniture and an outdoor fire pit for pleasant campfires under the stars. A gas barbecue is also available. Naturally, gas and wood are provided free of charge!
For children, we have a covered playground with a ping pong table, a sandbox, playhouses and outdoor toys. There are also swings and huge lawns to run and safely play. The tennis court, with his training wall and basketball pole, is available year round and the large swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30. The park is secured to the side of the road and there is plenty of space to park cars. If necessary, we also provide a garage for motorbikes or bicycles together with some tools to maintain them.

- Local tax to be paid upon arrival (~0.80 € per day per adult, per local regulations).
- Weekly rentals: arrivals after 4 pm and departures before 10 am, unless agreed otherwise.
- Weekend stays: arrivals after 4 pm & departures by 5 pm, unless agreed otherwise.
When you make your reservation, we will ask you the details of your party. This will allow us to prepare your 'home', specifically for your family and friends.
Everything will be ready for you when you arrive and your beds will be comfortably prepared with fine linen and duvets. All bathrooms have hair-driers. The villa is also equipped with high chairs, baby beds, a baby bath tub and a changing table. Outside, a private terrace, with garden furniture, opens to the domain.
We are asking our guests to bring their tennis rackets and their pool towels.
Let us know if you have bikes or motorbikes, we will also prepare a location where you can store them.
Our villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Superbe cadre et logement pour des retrouvailles familiales pour les fêtes de fin d'année
Un ensemble de 9 gites en excellent état offrant des salles de réception magnifiquement décorées, avec cheminé, un cadre idéal et chaleureux pour se retrouver nombreux. L'accès au parc offre des ballades digestives très agréables. Pour les plus ambitieux, possibilité de ballade dans les monts et montagnes alentours. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires vous feront vous sentir comme à la maison. Chaudement recommendé!

Nous avons séjourné au Domaine de Vincenti entre Noel et Nouvel An. Cela fait la troisième fois que nous venons dans le Domaine et nous adorons. Les gîtes sont spacieux, très bien équipés. L’extérieur est fantastique. Le paradis des enfants et des adultes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, discrets mais toujours disponible pour nous. Mon moment préféré au Domaine, griller des Marshmallow au brasero. Dans La région, nous pouvons faire des balades à cheval, du vélo. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme. Il est certain que nous retournerons au Domaine de Vincenti très prochainement.

Extraordinaire Domaine
Nous avons loué trois gites pour un long week-end avec des amis. Nous étions dix adultes et onze enfants.
Après avoir été très chaleureusement accueillis par Madame Bouix et par les propriétaires des lieux, nous avons pris possession des gites.
Les maisons sont magnifiques, tout a été réfléchi pour que les hôtes ne manquent de rien et la literie est digne d'un palace.
Le domaine est un lieu ideal pour les familles, les enfants ont l'embarras du choix entre les cabanes dans les arbres, l'espace de mini-foot, le tennis et l'immense piscine.
Comme nous ne souhaitions pas cuisiner, nous avons fait appel à un chef à domicile officiant dans la region, Monsieur Florent Reboul. Son travail est vraiment à saluer. Il ne travaille que des produits frais et sa cuisine est très inventive. Un grand moment pour les adultes et les enfants qui avaient un menu spécialement dédié. Et quels bons moments nous avons passé à refaire ensuite le monde devant le brasero mis à disposition de chaque gite. Un endroit où nous retournerons, clairement.

Super séjour en famille au domaine de Vincenti
Nous venons de passer 3 nuits pour le week end de Pâques au domaine de Vincenti. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants à séjourner dans le gîte Colombier qui est vraiment magnifique et très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire est déjà sur place pour les petits enfants (lits bébé, chaises hautes, table à langer) et l'environnement extérieur est vraiment super pour que les enfants puissent courir et jouer (belle cabane en bois, bac à sable avec pleins de jouets à disposition, table de ping pong et tennis pour les grands, piscine en été...). Brigitte et Bernard nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et étaient toujours disponibles en cas de question. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir au domaine de Vincenti pour des vacances en famille ou avec des amis!

Séjour de rêve, tout confort
Séjour inoubliable dans un cadre idyllique! Gîte équipé tout confort, rien ne manque! (Barbecue, éuipement bébé, cafetière haut de gamme, magimix, cuisseur vapeur,.......) Intérieurs et extérieurs très soignés. Literie et linge de maison confortable. Petits et grands y trouvent leur bonheur à l'extérieur: piscine, tennis, basket, volley, bac à sable géant avec multiples jouets, cabane dans les arbres toute neuve,...
Propriétaires disponibles et généreux. On rêve d'y retourner!

Formidable pour un groupe d'amis
Equipement moderne de qualité, très bel et très intelligent emménagement, il est rare de trouver un gite aussi satisfaisant !
En 4 jours de pluie, nous n'avons pas pu vraiment profiter de la campagne environnante, mais nous sommes rabattus sur le pingpong, le tennis, le parc, parfaits (les arbres du parc sont magnifiques, même en hiver), sans oublier le grand salon où toute la famille pouvait se réunir.
Bravo à l'équipe pour ce soucis de qualité jusque dans les détails !

JUSTE EXCEPTIONNEL!
Un cadre grandiose, un lieu de vie magnifique et rénové avec beaucoup de goût tout en respectant la tradition, l'âme des lieux, mais en pensant au confort des familles, un espace extérieur sécurisé et offrant énormément de possibilités pour les enfants. Comme dirait notre fille de 8 ans: "oh, c'est chaleureux!" A ne pas manquer!!

Superbe
Des gîtes avec tout le confort, beaucoup d'espace et très propre.
Un énorme jardin (parc ?) clôturé avec tout pour les enfants de tous les âges (jeux, piscine, voiturette...) et pour les plus grands (tennis, basket, ping-pong, pétanque).
Et tout ça dans une superbe région (randonnées à pied, VTT ou vélo) et une ville à 2 km avec toutes les commodités (marché, supermarché ...)
Avec un accueil digne de tout ça c'est à dire très chaleureux et aux petits soins.

About the neighbourhood
The Domaine de Vincenti is located in the countryside and the pace of life is tranquil and peaceful, allowing for a great holiday, just on-site. But there are also many hikes available close by, in the open countryside. The river Drôme runs through the valley and its water is very clean with, in fine weather, excellent swimming and beautiful kayak rides. The Pre-Alps, the Vercors Mountains, the Forest of Saoû… hold many other possibilities. For the sports oriented, the region offers exiting opportunities for jogging, hiking, mountain-biking, horseback or bicycle riding, climbing, via-ferrata, acrobranche, kayaking...
Getting around
The Domaine de Vincenti is 3 kilometers away from the small town of Crest, with its famous medieval tower. One can find anything in Crest: supermarkets, bookstores, bakeries, butchers, wine shops, hair dressers, post office, organic food-stores, fruit and vegetable shops, restaurants, bistros, pharmacies, doctors, gas stations, garages... and a large open market every Saturday morning. In Crest, visit the beautiful ancient tower which overlooks the town since 900 years and offer spectacular views of the valley. In the area, there are also quantities of charming old villages to discover, often perched on hilltops, with their ancient streets, their country bistros and unassuming restaurants.

How to get there
To reach our property, you will leave the A7 highway at Valence-Sud or Loriol, depending on you arrive from the North or the South of France. From there, you will drive 25 minutes to reach us. Driving from Geneva or Grenoble on the A49 you will leave the highway at the second exit after the toll of Romans and then drive 35 minutes to get to Vincenti. If you come by train from Lyon, Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam... the easiest way is to arrive at the Valence-TGV station and rent a car. You will then drive 35 minutes to reach us. In all cases, we will give you GPS coordinates and an accurate location map to guide your trip.
