Villa Bellavista is easily accessible by car, and is composed of two apartments (one being used at the owner) and the other available for guests and consists of living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and tub, large porch with dining area and relaxing, with incomparable lake view and parking inside the villa in safety. It is also available a large garage with internal access to the apartment. Just A few minutes, leaving the trails for hiking, until you reach the Monte Crocione, San Martino and the various shelters, from which you can admire an incomparable panorama. Within walking distance lies the historic medieval Towers with incomparable views over the Lake and Bellagio. A characteristic and steep path leads in minutes in the dock, with the possibility to reach briefly Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, Lenno, Como and the most features. Don't miss the HISTORIC VILLAS del lago, such as Villa Carlotta and its gardens, Villa Balbianello and the Municipal Park of Tremezzo, where you can relax in the shade of the historic trees, swim in the lake or sit at the bar, characteristic for sundowners. In Menaggio and Cadenabbia, there are two Beaches with swimming pools, where practice swimming. A 10-minute drive away, you will find the Golf Club MENAGGIO & CADENABBIA, as English Italian golf on Lake Como, entering it is like taking a step back in time, into a corner of England of the last century. Villa Bellavista is the ideal base for exploring Lake Como, with the possibility to reach Lugano in about 40 minutes, or for relaxing in the shade of the large portico, in complete peace of mind and peace and respecting your privacy. Enjoy

Very comfortable, terrace so good, the bedrooms are small, good position if you have a car, local restaurants (2) both very good, Cheryl from Al Veluu down the road helped us with local information.
