There is a pet fee 10 GBP / per pet / per stay. Local Amenities and attractions: • Beach 2-minute walk • Co-op 3 minute walk • Lidl 7-minute walk • Morrisons 5 minute drive • Dartmoor National Park 15 minute drive Make sure you visit Back Beach at the end of the promenade, you may see some seals! You can catch the small boat over to Shaldon for some lovely boutique shops and eateries. There is a small zoo in Shaldon that is worth a visit. There is a long stay car park where you can park for 2 days at a time, or buy a week long permit on the council website, Teignbridge District Council. The car park costs £9.40 for 2 days Monday - Friday, £5.80 Saturday - Sunday The train offers easy accessibility to the beautiful city of Exeter, or just a short car journey from Teignmouth is Dartmoor National Park with woodlands to explore, or if you are feeling energetic you can take the Templar Way to Dartmoor on this 18-mile walking route. Or why not visit the picturesque fishing harbour of Brixham. There is a lift available to the first floor, there are then 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment.
