We booked peacock cottage, but unfortunately it flooded before we arrived. Ceri put us in Ty Fferm Hen, which was the most beautiful old cottage with so much character! very comfortable and warm, with wonderful charm. Ceri and her family were welcoming and so helpful, they ensured the wifi was working and made sure we were well looked after. The second night I stayed in the cabin and my brother stayed in the gypsy caravan - both very comfortable and the gypsy caravan was an unforgettable experience. The farm itself is set in the hillside, surrounded by woods and farmland, overlooking the Brecon's. We stayed for a wedding nearby, but there is so much to do and see. It was really nice to experience the farm and the lovely animals, friendliest farm cats that follow you for some attention, lovely dogs, peacocks and pigs. I woke up to the peacocks at my door in the morning! Thank you Ceri and family for accommodating us and giving us the most memorable short stay in Wales. I would highly recommend Coity Bach to anyone staying in the Brecon's, and I think especially if you have children, this would be a great place to stay.

Recently stayed at Coity Bach for a weekend of calm and tranquility. Views amazing, host so accomodating. Accomodation really clean. Dont forget to ask about own honey they sell and amazing home made soap. Amazing area to go for walks so don't forget your walking boots. The hot tub and fire pit a must after a busy day.

We spent 4 nights at the lovely Peacock cottage . The views were amazing and cottage comfortable home from home . Set on a working farm with chickens , friendly dogs and peacocks as neighbours . Ceri was a great host and all were very helpful and friendly . Hot tub overlooking the valley was a definite bonus especially late at night watching the stars . Hopefully will return to explore more of the Breacon Beacons .

DO NOT STAY HERE Was the most awful experience ever. Is nothing like the photos and has terrible staff. Who threaten you after you leave for giving an honest review. The hot tub was faulty first night and was under body temperature , the cabin is on a slant making you feel like your on a boat. Do not be deceived by the pictures, the cabin is on a driveway over looked by all of the other cabins with residents staying it NO PRIVACY AT ALL. We was polite and honest the first night and expressed that we was un happy and felt it was nothing like the pictures and our other reasons but no response other than ‘sorry’ I have been going back and forth with this company on text message during the stay and after the stay and they have threatened they are going to leave my mums business awful reviews for only me expressing my concerns with my stay. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS. P’s if you do decide to stay just note they listen to conversations whilst your trying to enjoy your stay... maybe behind the fence that was being held up with rope/string on the driveway.

We had mixed feelings about our experience at peacock cottage. The location was splendid and our host very pleasant. However, the male peacock, resident in the yard outside the house, is to be wary of. Initially we were enchanted by the almost incessant splendid display of his tail, but then we soon discovered the down side. He was very noisy, his penetrating calls from the early hours of the morning meant a disturbed sleep, and the climax came when he attacked first my daughter and then her 9 year old son, drawing blood from his leg. I have since learnt that peacocks can be very aggressive, so this might be something to look out for.

The wonderful farm on the hill with a beautiful view over the mountains. We (4 ad , 3 kids) had a great time at peacock cottage, lovely 3bed house, nice and tidy with nice spa bath and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed bbq and fire pit every night as the weather was great. Lovely host Ceri and her family was always helpful and happy. Kids loved the animals especially Molly the dog. Beautiful surroundings, forests, lakes, waterfalls, mountains, pretty much everything you need to reset your soul, mind and body after plandemic time. We ll be back.

This was a perfect location for a walking weekend. Cracking views, comfortable, cosy almost bunkhouse /cottage accommodation and perfect for accessing the local village and areas around and about for walks etc. Ceri and everyone on the farm was very helpful.
