We have five indoor/outdoor cats and a talkative African Grey parrot. The cats generally avoid visitors. The African Grey lives in a large cage in the front garden and can be very entertaining from early morning. Cellphone reception inside the apartment is limited but Wifi is good, so data-based communication is recommended. Cellphone reception outside the apartment, in the garden, is however good.More

No excessive noise or loud music after 10.30 pm. Smoking allowed on ground floor patio only. Owners live in the top storey of the house above the apartment and need occasional access to the lounge/dining room area of the apartment, which access will not be unreasonable and will be upon mutual agreement.

For the fitness conscious, the nearby hotel boasts a fully equipped gym with swimming pool, which offers short-term or daily memberships.
