Clean, quiet, economic.
The entrance of the Gasthaus is just as you see in the picture above, it is a the end of a residential access-walkway, memorize it as there are no other signals, and there is no name on the doorbell. 100 euro deposit will be required for the keys, you will get them back on the departure day when you give the keys back.
The residence has a kitchen and a bath with a shower, it is modernly furnished, clean, quiet, nice. There was no table in the room. The bed is comfortable. It is not difficult to find a public parking nearby the house.
Some restaurants are at walking distance from the residence (8 min.)
Excellent quality for money.

Horrible! Better find an alternative
This was actually booked on booking.com
First thing observed that I was charged more with 20% than was listed, opened a case but until today no results in solving that issue.
Property hard to find, on strange dark alley, owner an old man who rudely ask 10€ more for cleaning fees, although it was on booking as payed. The room is average with just one sofa instead of bed, no table in the room. Acces to the common shower, granted.. the man and his wife lived in the next room, watching tv noisy all night. It was 18C degrees in the room, cold outside, but the heating source was locked!?
I highly reccomend to find a better alternative, this is not cheap nor close to center or confy.

DON'T COME!!!!!
Even if it's last bed in Hanover! Paid €158 for sleeping on a sofa, no towel, no private bathroom and temperature in the room 18.5 degrees!
