Perfect vacation
We rented Almyriki villa for a week in the begening of September, I can't find negatives, villa is brand new, perfectly located at the end of small street without any traffic delivering high level of privacy, do not be afraid of vicinity of the airport as you will not hear it at all, location allows you to reach Fira in 10 min on scooter or quad and beach is outside of the doors. There are also few good restaurants in the walking distance. Marina (the host) is another gem of this place - nice, friendly and willing to help in anything, we felt spoiled - looking forward to next stay

A hidden gem for the discerning traveler in Santorini
This villa is in a perfect location, away from the crowds and bustle of Santorini. Set up right in front of your own private beach, where sunrise can be witnessed in all its splendor. Being there gives you an incredible sense of peace that would help you recharge your batteries and feel as one with the surrounding beauty that defines Santorini.
Marina is the most gracious of hosts, clearly a credit to Greek hospitality. Fun, amicable, accommodating, knowledgable and personable. Exactly what you would expect in a place like this. Five stars don't do it justice.
This villa is the perfect amalgamation of modern and traditional Greek architecture in a luxurious living setting. Immaculate clean. All necessities and amenities are top of the line but most importantly, unique in all its features. A hidden gem for the discerning traveler who seeks more than the usual accommodations and aims for high-end lodging.
We certainly recommend this villa wholeheartedly and rest assured that in our next visit to Santorini we'll be staying there again...for much, much longer.

Perfect beach villa with the beach on the doorstep.
Me and three friends stayed for 4 days and had the best time. The villa is exactly as shown in the website, modern and spotless. The town where the villa is located was so peaceful and quiet, away from the tourist buzz of Fira and Oia, yet just a short drive away from them. Marina went above and beyond with her hospitality and provided us with lots of information (car hire, restaurants,boat trips!!) in order for us to have the best experience . We couldn't have asked for a better host or villa. We were very reluctant to leave but will visit again. A truly memorable experience!

Gorgeous, Private, and
This Beach villa is everything, and more. The location is near the Thira aiport, and on a secluded strip of beach-front land. Host Marina generously arranged a shuttle to the Villa from the airport to greet us when we arrived. Marina also suggested rental cars which were perfect for our trip! We got two cars, which perfectly allowed us to explore all the bits of Santorini at our own pace without worrying about locating multiple taxis.
Marina also provided all of the amenities we needed (foods for breakfast, snacks, towels, bathrobes, slippers, and more!) She also recommended a catamaran cruise around the island, which we were able to book for a private group of 12 (6 friends who were not staying in our villa with us) and this was BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend doing this. We did the catamaran cruise in January, but I can only imagine it's splendor if done in the nicer months!
The villa itself was beautiful. Clean and kept up. Although we were only there for one night, a quick visit from the US while we spent a week in Athens, it was perfect. All the bedrooms accommodated our group of 6 perfectly, with plenty of privacy.

Luxury Private Villa
Almyriki Beach Villa is perfectly located, so the crowds in town definitely thin out and it is very peaceful and quiet in the area. The villa boasts ample spaces and supreme aesthetics in absolute refinement and elegance. A welcoming place filled with luxurious furniture. High quality holidays! I highly recommend considering staying here!

EXCELLENT AND UNFORGETABLE
We had an unforgetable holiday. The villa is beautiful, quiet and very clean.
The hostess, Marina, went above and beyond to help us.( way above average !!!)
I would highly recommend it to others and let my travel agent at home know.
We definitely like to visit again.
The service was beyond perfection.
Marina, we thank for being so helpful and welcoming. You made our stay in Santorini memorable. Hope to see you soon again.

Amazing Villa, Great Host, Fantastic Stay
We stayed at the vilal with my family for 3 days, and it was the highlight of our stay. The house is great with specious areas, and a great touch by Mrs. Marina the host, that she brought to us toys for the pool for our children.
we recomend that for sure!.
