Centrally situated in Bagni di Lucca, La Zinobita is a recently built modern style cottage in a elevated position just off the main road. The cottage has an open plan living/dining and cooking areas with two bedrooms - one containing a double bed and the other bunk beds with ample storage - an attractive bathroom with shower. Outside there is a small Pool and terraced area with shower and loungers and the use of three terraces, on different levels around the cottage offering a differing view for alfresco dining, sun bathing or simply enjoying the all important Italian aperitivo whilst watching the sun set. There is also an outdoor Pizza Oven for you to try your hand at creating your famous Pizza Zinobita. About the neighbourhood
Bagni di Lucca, an oasis of peace and serenity, is nestled at the foot of the Apennines mountain range between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. Lying in the beautiful green valley of the River Lima, the area consists of the historic spa town with 3 villages (centre) in the valley and 21 mountain villages. Bagni di Lucca is the largest mount community in Italy and yet it is strategically locates only 24km from Lucca city centre and half an hour from Abetone ski resort. The Lima valley with its breathtaking natural beauty is crossed by the River Lima and is surrounded by beautiful mountains on all sides. Getting around
Bus stops just outside the cottage; the train station (Bagni di Lucca) is 1.5km. Local taxi service is available 24/7. Although a car is not needed we would recommend it for ease in getting around and parking is available outside the cottage.
