Smoking area confined to the conservatory. Garden outhouse which contains sink + washing machine and the tumble dryer also the garden is on a shared basis with the adjoining flat so consideration for others is required. For long stay a weekly cleaning / bed change and top up sparkle service is available on request. Children need to be supervised at all times and not left unattended. Flexible arrival / departure times possible by arrangement. Nature area allows lovely walks, views and exercise.
