The apartment is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. The lounge area has two modern three seat settees and is complete with flat-screen TV a DVD/CD Player, with a large selection of DVD's & CD's and an docking station. It boasts three good sized bedrooms all with fantastic sea views, and more than enough storage space, one twin and two doubles sleeping up to 6 people. All bedrooms has its own hairdryer also.
The bathroom and separate shower room, are modern and fresh. There is a spacious dining area with dark wood table and comfortable chairs for up to six people.
The spacious kitchen is contemporary,immaculate, and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils and equipment you could possibly need. It also has a microwave, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee percolator, dishwasher & washing machine etc etc. The apartment has a huge communal roof terrace, with unspoilt views over the Atlantic as far as the eye can see. There are also two private balconies with amazing views overlooking the beach and Atalaya park area, both with garden furniture for you to enjoy that 'alfresco dining' experience.
This property is fitted with fire and carbon-monoxide detectors for our clients safety and peace of mind,along with an extinguisher in the kitchen. This is very rare around these parts, but we take the health and security of our clients very seriously.
A car is a great idea if you want to explore the areas around Conil, but is not essential as everything is within walking distance of the apartment. There is free communal parking outside the apartment block. Driving distances from the nearest airports are as follows: Jerez 60km/45 minutes(Ryanair). Gibraltar 110km/80 minutes. Malaga 220km/2hrs 15 mins. Seville 150km/1hr 40mins.
Transfers from all Spanish airports can be organised, and day trips can also be arranged. Please ask us for more details.
A discount of 10% is available for rentals of 3 weeks or more from November to March & 10% Discount for couples booking for October to March.

Perfect Spanish Spot
The appartment is situated in a great location with wonderful views. It’s stocked with everything a family could need including beach kit which is really useful. The town of Conil is perfect and some really good restaurants although it’s very busy in August. Very authentic with mainly Spanish people. Parking is very difficult but what you’d expect for such a popular place. The beach is sandy and shallow but can be windy on certain days. Check the wind speed so you’re prepared 5k is good 10k is too windy. Owners were excellent and very responsive to any question. We would definitely return!

A beach-side gem.
Just a few minutes walk from an outstanding beach, this apartment was a real find. The generous owners have created a home from home for their guests in a fantastic location which is tranquil yet has everything you need on hand. It was ideal for our two weeks with three children aged five to 13.

Beautiful apartment in lovely area
Very well equipped apartment with two different verandas overlooking the beach at Conil. It was very hot when we stayed and the one veranda was perfect for breakfast and the other for the early evening. Nice walk into Conil with its lively bars and restaurants. New ceiling fans in the bedrooms worked extremely well and were virtually silent. Andrew and April were both lovely and helpful. The apartment is on the first floor and the access to the beach is also via stairs so it would not suit someone with limited mobility. One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in.

Perfect 'sea, sun and sand' location
A lovely, well-equipped apartment with a balcony view which makes it hard to venture out.
Andrew and April could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Conil is an attractive and bustling little town which, understandably, attracts mainly Spanish holiday- makers.

Great apartment, great place and great holiday
Although the property sleeps 6 there was only 2 of us , well worth the the cost, loved the place, spotlessly clean and comfy. The location is everything you could want next to park and beach with the best breakfast view off the lounge balcony that made your cornflakes and fresh fruit taste even better. Always quiet. If you want to cook for yourself the place has all cooking equipment you would have at home. We chose to eat out all the time in the town approx 5 mins walk, the local bars are fabulous good food and very reasonably priced, serving goes on late we ate at 10pm most nights . Would recommend going off the main drag into the none touristy areas the bars there are very Spanish , welcoming, and safe. We had a car and parking was never a problem parking outside the apartment . Visited loads of places recommend a beach day at Los Manos De Meca , stay late and the locals come down to the beach bar about 6pm has good music and atmosphere. There is dozens of other good beaches we visited, your spoiled for choice. April and Andrew who own the apartment are always on hand for you and live near by. They were great hosts nothing too much trouble. We even ordered sunshine as an extra and they delivered at no extra charge. Loved the apartment loved Conil we will be back . cheers

Fantastic appartment in a Spannish resort.
The appartment is in a perfect location 5 minutes from the beach and town. If you are looking for a traditional Spannish resort only a few visitors or expats from outside Spain this is the place for you. The appartment is clean,well appointed and being just outside the town quiet. We loved running on the beach before the heat of the day and even using the outdoor gym.The restaurants and bars are easy to walk to offer good value for money. The beach bars offer good lunch options if you don't want to cook and cocktails at sunset time. The owners of the apartment could not have been more helpful and can arrange transfers from the nearest airports. We fully intend to return. Thanks for a great holiday.

Superb Location and apartment
From the simple booking procedure to the warm welcome, amazing apartment and superb location we cannot fault this property or its owners April and Andrew.
With the beach just yards away, and cosy bars supplying cheap( by UK standards) and fab food ...a ten minute stroll into old Town Conil De La Frontera this whole vacation is outstanding. We had a week there and could have stayed another week easily. Lots to do, we drove to the nearby Sculpture Park and sipped ice cold drinks in the Golf Club House where all visitors to the park are welcome and visited the Roman Ruins just less than half an hour way ...unbelievably intact and located beside a fabulous fish restaurant on the beach to round off the day!... I couldn't recommend this property and location highly enough.

Atalaya is considered by many people to be the best area in Conil. It is central but quite (a rare combination in Conil). Most of the houses and apartments in the neighbourhood are owned by people from Sevilla and Madrid, who have holiday homes here for the Summer.
The location of the apartment is perfect. There is no passing traffic, as it is situated in the lovely Atalaya park overlooking the pine trees, and fantastic unspoilt views from every window of the Atlantic ocean and Conils golden sand.
This area is very safe, and the park has a wonderful relaxing bar, where you can watch the sun go down, whilst the children can play in view at the play area (so child and adult friendly!)
The park also has an free outside gym area, which is free to use and two boules courts (we have the balls free for you to use in the apartment).
It is only 5 mins walk to the beach, and a10 minute stroll into the center of the old town. There are a number of bars and good quality restaurants within a 5 minutes walk from the apartment also.
There is public car parking at the entrance to the apartment block, for which there is no charge.
Getting around
A car is not really necessary when in Conil as this property is so well located and there are good connections by bus to all the main attractions out of town.
Transport can also be arranged to and from airports.
