Villa
This beautiful, quaint villa is perfectly located between the beach and town of San Pedro de Alcantara. Inside this very light and airy villa you will be very comfortable. There is full air conditioing located in every room and full, high speed WIFI throughout, including on the roof terrace.
There are TV´s located in the lounge, the kitchen, Master bedroom and Double bedroom, all with Amazon fire stick, Netflix, whilst the lounge has International TV channels.
The terrace area, leads out to the beautiful pool and as it is situated south facing, you will have sun most of the day. There is also a BBQ area to enjoy those summer evenings on the terrace. There are also mountain views from our roof terrace.

Beautiful villa with a pool and great outside space in the perfect location!
We had the best family vacation staying at this beautiful vacation villa! The location was ideal, just a few blocks away from the beach and within a short 5-minute walk to the bustling town of San Pedro.
The villa itself was stunning, clean, and modern, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. The terrace and roof terrace were also perfect spots to unwind.
Overall, this vacation rental exceeded our expectations, and it made our family vacation truly memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. We can't wait to return!

About the neighbourhood
This villa is located in the perfect area for both beach and amenities. Within an easy couple of minutes walk is the San Pedro de Alcantara beach front with ample restaurants and bars. The town of San Pedro is located also just a couple of minutes away where you can enjoy the new Boulavard, play areas and restaurants. The supermarket is also close by at only 10 minute walk. A car is not necessary here. The famous Puerto Banus is very close by and only 5 minutes by car - you can also walk along the beach front directly to Puerto Banus , its a very picturesque walk, passing many beach bars and restaurants. Marbella town centre is also a must visit, being around 15 minutes by car.
Getting around
We can arrange private airport transfers upon booking. Please enquire when booking. The bus ticket office is an easy, flat walk of around 1km from the villa, In Marbella area there are plenty of local taxi's, plus UBER and BOLT are also available via their APP.
