Lovely Villa with Private Pool, Fantastic Outdoor Spaces and an Excellent Location (close to towns and beaches) ! Villa Evelyn is an ideal holiday choice for groups and families wishing to explore Ibiza, conveniently situated close to San Agustin, San Jose and San Antonio and with some great beaches within a 10 minute drive. The house has been recently refurbished and sleeps 9 people, there are 4 double bedrooms all with air conditioning (the upper and master bedroom have separate entrances/access to the outside) plus 1 single bedroom, 4 bathrooms (some en-suite), a separate modern kitchen fully equipped with appliances and a large living and dining room overlooking the pool (satellite TV, DVD, stereo, fireplace, air conditioning, direct access from the living area to the terrace). Parking (3 spaces). Sports & Activities Cala Llonga Beach - Parasailing, Scuba-diving school, Windsurfing, Water-skiing and Volleyball. Playa de Santa Eulalia - There are excellent water sports facilities and boat day trips are available from the nearby marina. Suitability Families with children - the staircase in the house is child protected. Groups - please note this accommodation does not accept groups of young people (under 21 years). Notes & Extras Smaller Group Discounts are available for parties of 6 during the Extra Low and Low Seasons - please request a quote. Some bedrooms might not be available for bookings under the maximum capacity of the house.
