LA MADONNELLA 10 is a beautiful loft of about 40 square meters in the historic center along the route that connects Sperlonga high to the sea area. The address is Via Madonnella 10 and the building features are typical and unique of the past with stone walls, vaulted ceilings and large windows with great brightness. The loft is positioned at the beginning of the historic center so as to be very functional both for days at sea and for evening outings in the small square. The sea view completes the beauty of the loft offering sensations of particular wellbeing. It is therefore particularly comfortable on the first floor, very fresh and well exposed. The kitchen has very large dimensions with totally new furniture and accessories, equipped with an oven, fridge and much more. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. The washing machine is integrated into the kitchen cabinets. The sleeping area consists of a raised area for the double bed which also offers a pleasant sea view and a small bedroom below with a comfortable bed and a half square. The location of the house is fantastic and at about 100 meters we find the seafront with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and every kind of welcome service. Also the Lido Belvedere bathing establishment included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the town market on Saturday are pleasantly reachable on foot. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more. The centrality of the house makes it particularly functional also for evening outings to the historic center and to the more modern sea area. Casa Vacanza Madonnella 10 is recently renovated and everything is tidy and welcoming, from the installations, to the TV, to the furniture. The rooms of the house are equipped with hot / cold conditioning useful for the hottest days of summer and for the cold of winter. Only one parking space is included in a private car park about 700m away from the house. Also this Holiday House, like all our houses, has the bathing establishment included in the price and reachable on foot. Guest Access Casa Vacanza Madonnella 10 is rented whole, as well as photos. The SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT is valid from 15 June to 15 September. Other things to highlight Extra charges Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than a week, at our care and expense, in agreement with the client and weekly, all the linen is changed. Only the final ones are included for cleaning. Beach service is included at the Lido Belvedere beach establishment which is the best Sperlonga offers. Here you will be available for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The plant is central in the town and is in Via del Porto, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st. The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n. 100. Sperlonga City Tax I remind our guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the tourist tax is fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per day per person (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon
