Our three star studio is comfortable, spacious and bright and his decoration gives it an undeniable charm! Located on the first floor and recently renovated, it consists of a living room with sofa bed (new mattress) in the extension to the kitchen, plus a small cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds. With parquet flooring throughout, it opens onto a large south-west facing balcony which offers a beautiful view and lots of light (you can dine on the balcony). The living room has an LCD TV, a DVD player and a stereo, and a large closet / wardrobe for your clothes. The American style kitchen includes all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (including a dishwasher), bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine and a large cupboard in the entrance can store your equipment (skis, shoes, etc.) ...Our three star studio is comfortable, spacious and bright and his decoration gives it an undeniable charm! Our studio is conveniently located in the resort center but in a quiet street! Slopes (265 km!) are sufficiently close to the apartment to reach the gondola on foot but if you are tired, shuttles stop next to the flat! For shopping and restaurants you are already in the center so no need for a car! Les Carroz is a family resort and it offers all the necessary services and a lot of activities. From Les Carroz you can easily get to many other beautiful sites (Annecy, Chamonix, Lake Geneva..) We insist on the cleaning. If we have to hire somebody to clean, 80€ fee will be retained from the damage deposit. More

Great Christmas stay

Very welcoming apartment with all that you need for a week's skiing. The location of the apartment was great, very central yet quiet with amazing views.

About the neighbourhood
There are so many winter and summer activities within the region and so many beautiful places to visit. Winter holiday activities include 265km of linked pistes, with Grand Massif one of the largest ski area in France, and 80 lifts. One pass can cover the whole area which includes Flaine, Samoens, Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixt Fer à Cheval. There is also a lot of loop of Nordic and classic skiing. Other winter activities include indoor/outdoor pool/spa at Les Carroz (open in winter!), rinking, paragliding, hang-gliding, hot air ballooning (specialty of Les Carroz!), walking, snowshoeing, heli-skiing and helicopter rides.
