Large friendly and comfortable villa that can accommodate 10 people, in a quiet residence close to the beach. A beautiful L-shaped terrace, a real living room with its living room and day bed, teak tables, hammock, overlooking the secure swimming pool, and its tropical and fenced garden. A large living room with American kitchen - very well equipped (two large fridges, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespressso coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, dishwasher, and laundry room with washing machine). Free WI-FI connection for workaholics or to distract our young people. Large comfortable sofa facing the TV - with Orange channels. Outdoor barbecue for grilling, hammock on the terrace, sun loungers and mattresses around the swimming pool - secure - for lazing around. Four bedrooms including:  A master bedroom with 160 cm bed, air conditioning, storage cupboards and shower room. A second bedroom with 160 cm bed, air conditioning and storage. A third bedroom that can accommodate 4 people with 2 90 cm beds (which can be brought together) and a BZD sofa bed, air conditioning and storage. A last and large bedroom on the mezzanine with a set of curtains to privatize, air conditioning and storage. A second bathroom and an independent WC. Shower next to the pool. Supermarket (Carrefour Market) in the residence allowing you to get your bread in the morning. The largest surfaces (Leader, Dia, organic shops, Carrefour Market) are at Le Marin (10 min by car) Beach 3 mins walk with the possibility of walking along the beaches from Pierre et Vacances to Mabouya, passing through the Guardhouse. There is also a health trail along the beaches. In some places you will find tables allowing you to easily picnic on the beach, in the shade of the trees, while enjoying the sea and the view. 1.5 km from the village of Ste Luce to take advantage of the shops, restaurants and markets (notably the fish market). Nautical center on the beach closest to the villa with, among other things, Scuba diving: "Club Okéanos", and jet ski. Another diving club in the center of ste Luce. "Sainte Luce Plongée". Multiple restaurants nearby: all styles and all prices: from "Baraqu 'Obama" in the center of Ste Luce by the sea, to the excellent "Coté Sud" towards Trois Rivières via "Le Grain de Sable "," Pura Vida "," le Calebassier "," le Tam Tam Beach "etc. Easy to access to take the expressway and visit Martinique. Day cruise in Catamaran, to visit the white backgrounds, the South or go to Ste Lucie with Cata Delphis or Catamaran Passion. Also note the Kata Mambo, in Trois Ilets which offers a day to meet dolphins on the Caribbean side. An unforgettable day in the white backgrounds of Robert en Kayak with visit of the Chancel islet and its Iguanas (Kayaks du Robert or Madanina Kayaks). Do not forget to visit the rum, that of Trois Rivères a stone's throw from the villa or that more complete of François "l'Habitation Clément" with its botanical park, its contemporary art exhibition spaces, its Habitation (main house and outbuildings, its old distillery and its tasting shop. On Fort de France, you can visit its covered market (in the morning), the Schoelcher library and the Balata Garden. Guides and leaflets await you in the villa to make your choice of leisure. In short, ideally placed for a relaxing holiday, to enjoy nautical activities or to visit.
