Perfectly peaceful getaway with a gorgeous sea side view from all windows.
It was so beautiful, and we all really enjoyed the stay and view. The inside itself was so beautifully decorated and cozy. Greatly furnished with everything a holiday home would need. Beds were super comfy and the home overall was lovely and warm. Honestly great affordable price for what it is! 100% have been recommending everyone to visit. Apartment had heating that was easy to use. Had all cutlery on hand, fresh bedsheets, towels, everything was provided. Really perfectly sound proof too. Will 100% visit again. Also communication with the owner was great.

Exactly what we needed
As I grew up in this area it’s always a joy to visit the local attractions which frankly are stunning . But walking along the beach overlooked from the apartment to the Giants Causeway is our favourite . We were fortunate to have amazing weather ,a true “Indian summer “ so just sitting in the very well equipped apartment watching the waves from 2 different beaches is always a joy . Especially this year to get away from home and be in a different place was so special even though the Bushmills distllery shop was closed and we couldn’t sit and have a drink in Golf club . This is our favourite apartment in the area .

Fantastic Place with Views and History
Even if it is a wet day there are seats to put your feet up right under the windows with fantastic views. The property was once called Lissanduff Cottage and lived in as a vicarage from 1841. It is built on part of a bronze age dark fort which can be clearly seen on Google Earth and indeed on the ground which you can walk around with a board which explains the archaeology. Portballintrae is a very upmarket place too as walking around looking at the buildings we likened it to 'Millionaries Row'. Looking out of the window by the kettle is the beautiful Runkerry sandy bay and a golf course behind that. Inbetween it is an easy walk to the Giant's Causeway and a pleasant little train ride back to Bushmills, another lovely little place to have a coffee, also great fish and chips. The Causeway Coastal Route is beautiful with plenty to see. Highly recommended.

a heavenly haven,
this apartment is heaven on earth, it has the best views of the atlantic ocean, the apartment itself has everything that you would need it is fully equipped with everything you could ask for , we have been several times over the past few years and i have never had to complain about everything,it is based in a very quiet area of portballintrae, and the team at causeway coast rentals including Keith the property manager has always been extremley helpful, i would rather stay in this apartment than travel abroad, it is a piece of heaven on the north coast and i believe it to be the best as that is why we return every year

I can't wait to go back to Beachview Apartment - what a stunning place!
We spent five days at the Beachview Apartment, five lovely days! Not only was the view (of the sea from every room) stunning, but so was the apartment itself. Beautifully fitted, in excellent condition, and with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, Beachview was a great place for a holiday... or if I won the lottery, to live! Thanks to all!

Holiday Heaven 24-7
Fantastic location - right beside the beach. Spacious living room/kitchen area - bedrooms and bathroom down small flight of stairs. Views are breathtaking. Close to small village and all of the north antrim coast attractions. Within walking distance of the Giant'sCauseway and Causeway Hotel where the food is great and the portions enormous. Beside superb golf course and steam railway. Would highly recommend a chill out break in Portballintrae - home from home in this apartment.

About the neighbourhood
Walks What better way to get right into the heart of the Irish countryside than by walking or cycling. They are ideal ways to discover the true beauty and charm of Ireland and it's people, and you can do it at your own pace. Enjoy a leisurely walk or cycle down uncrowded roads and explore the beautiful, often spectacular, scenery along the way. Giants Causeway At the foot of the basaltic cliffs along the sea coast at the edge of the Antrim Plateau in Northern Ireland, the Giant's Causeway is made up of some 40,000 massive black columns sticking out of the sea. The dramatic sight has inspired legends of giants striding over the sea to Scotland. The study of these formations by geologists for 300 years has greatly contributed to the development of the earth sciences, and shown that this striking landscape was caused by volcanic activities during the Tertiary Period some 50-60 million years ago. Royal Portrush Golf Club One of three 'Royal' courses in Northern Ireland, Portrush is steeped in history both golfing and otherwise, being overlooked by the ruins of Dunluce Castle. The only course in Ireland to have hosted the Open Championship (1951, when Max Faulkner won) it is on everybody's short-list of top Irish courses, a great test of any golfer's shot-making and nerve. Bushmills distillery The Old Bushmills Distillery is the World's oldest licensed Whiskey Distillery. King James I granted the original License to distil 'Aqua Vitae' in April 1608 and since then Bushmills has been making the finest Irish Malt Whiskey here for almost four hundred years. Situated just a mile from the spectacular Giant's Causeway, the distillery lies in an area of outstanding natural beauty and rich in history and folklore. Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge is situated between Ballycastle and Ballintoy. One of the most famous things to do in Northern Ireland is to walk across this narrow, scary, swinging rope bridge hovering 80 feet above the sea. Constructed of rope and wooden planks this bridge is connected to a very small offshore island from the mainland and can only be accessed during the summer months as it is removed before winter comes. Only the brave will cross this bridge as it sways to and fro in the wind! Erected in early May and taken down in mid-September where its main purpose was for the access to the salmon fishery on the small steep island sixty feet away. Dunluce Castle Dunluce Castle was built by Richard de Burgh, the Earl of Ulster. In 1584 it fell to the famous battle hardy MacDonnell clan who ruled this north eastern corner of Ireland in the 16th century. In 1588 the MacDonnells used their helping of the treasures from the Spanish Armada ship the Girona, wrecked off the Giant's Causeway, to refurbish the castle. However, in 1639, during a violent storm, part of the castle fell into the sea after which it was abandoned by the MacDonnells. It has a breathtaking location perched on a cliff top along the spectacular Antrim coast. Portrush Dunluce Centre Barry's Amusements and many many role attractions.
