Located within a luxury 4* complex, the villa offers exceptional comfort and facilities for families and couples alike to enjoy that well earned break in the sun.
You can relax on your private terrace or on the adjacent poolside and still keep a close eye on the kids in the large swimming pool or toddlers pool. There is also a nearby private beach area.
The complex has the benefit of a choice of swimming pools ideal for children of all age groups , evening entertainment programme for youngsters and adults along with 2 onsite restaurants, supermarket, games room and internet access.

Fabulous stay, Aug 2024.
A beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We have stayed at Sands beach for 15 years, in this apartment for 2 years, and we've already booked it again for next year. Having the pool within a few feet of your door, and the beach immediately outside the complex is amazing, on-site food store for essentials and supermarkets, restaurants, bars and small town within a short costal walk.

Fantastic Villa Stay!
Absolutely lovely stay! Beautiful villa in a prime position. Villa had everything needed for a fantastic holiday! We will definitely be booking again!

Great villa in a great location.
Had a wonderful time at this villa, the location is excellent, great villa for a family, best plaza on the complex, pool just outside, very helpful owner, even supplied a nice welcome pack.
Our second stay in the villa, and will return again.

Lovely villa, clean tidy , well equipped
I would highly recommend
Complex is excellent
Will hopefully book again
Had no issue what so ever and would say it was one of the best we’ve stayed in and been going to Costa teguise for over 25 yrs and 2/3 times a year

Lovely stay in Donna's villa
This is the 2nd or 3rd visit in this villa and we really enjoy it. Straight out to the pool. Villa inside is very large and has everything you need in there
Great having washing machine too.
Can't wait to return and hopefully booking very soon.

Great holiday had by all
2nd time we had this villa, an amazing 18days didn't want to come home. Villa has everthing you can poss need, little issue with the hot water, but owner tried best to get sorted,not villa's fault but sands beach themselves. Little let down with sands beach, I understand its in transition. But it's not the same place it was, indeed off some tlc. Didn't let that spoil holiday we had fab time,

Excellent place to stay.
My family of 5 had a fantastic stay at the villa, it was like a home from home, everything you need. The kids loved having the pool right outside the door and the aqua park near by was also great, they didn't want to leave!
We would definitely come back again. Thank you. 🤗
P.S the weather was also lovely, hot but the wind takes the edge off so dosent feel uncomfortable and even when it's cloudy it's nice.

Just fantastic
Stayed in February 2023 (3 adults and one child) for 6 days. Fantastic property with everything you need and more. Clean, tidy and very spacious-can’t fault it at all. Great base to explore Costa teguise from. Added bonus of small balcony on upstairs bedroom with views of the ocean. Thank you Donna and family for trusting us in your lovely holiday home. We hope to return later in the year xxx

Beautiful
Just back from this beautiful villa. Well equipped. Just like home from home. Villa is on one off the best plaza. Stunning sea view private beach 5 minutes walk and pool right outside your door. Donna is a excellent host, on arrival villa was very clean with complimentary milk, water and most importantly a bottle of bubbly. Look forward to booking again. 😀

About the neighbourhood
Purpose built to serve the holiday maker, Costa Teguise is one of the three main holiday resorts on Lanzarote.
Having the advantage of only a short transfer (about 15 minutes) from the international airport at Arrecife along with a more relaxed atmosphere, the resort is a popular family destination compared to the other main resorts of Playa Blanca and Puerto del Carmen.
Clean fine golden sand beaches can be found along the eastern coastline with sporting activities such as windsurfing and scuba diving being very popular within the resort for tourists and locals alike.
Situated around the well kept band stand, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes sit within the bustling market square or for a more relaxed evening watching the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean, several restaurants are located along the promenade.
Many attractions for all the family are accessible by public transport, hire car or local taxi.
Within the local area the water park (5 minute taxi ride), golf course and Cesar Manrique Foundation are situated on the edge of town and for the more adventurous to the North popular tourist attractions such as the Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua and the Jardin de Cactus are well worth a visit.
Other tourist attractions such as the beautiful harbour at Puerto Calero with its good selection of restaurants and excellent shopping facilities catering for budgets large and small, bustling Puerto del Carmen with its large sandy beaches and busy shop lined streets and Timanfaya National Park with its lava tunnels and extraordinary luna landscape all provide wonderful days out a little further afield from Costa Teguise.
Getting around
Taxis are available from outside the complex and are very reasonably priced.
Buses are plentiful from the nearest bus stop which is outside Los Zocos which is around 250 metres away from the complex.
Excursions can be arranged either onsite or through First Minute travel in the Las Cucharas centre 5 minutes walk away.

A taxi can be hailed outside the airport building but we recommend that you pre-book your transfer with first minute transfers. They also work out cheaper for larger parties.
