This privately owned, spacious apartment is on the third floor of the complex. It comprises one twin bedroom with double wardrobes, bathroom with bath and shower, a large lounge and a recently refitted American style kitchen and breakfast bar. Leading out from the lounge is a good sized balcony with a table, four chairs and two recliners. The balcony looks out over the swimming pool (heated in winter) and beyond that, there are views of the sea and mountains. Lifts are available to all floors.

The apartment is situated in a complex mainly used by families and couples, in a quiet area, but less than 10 minutes walk from the Town Centre and only 15 minutes from the sea front and beaches.

With a twin bedroom containing double wardrobes and in the lounge a sofa that converts easily to a double bed, this reasonably priced and well furnished apartment is an excellent choice for both families and couples.** The bathroom, which contains both bath and shower was recently completely refurbished.** The bedroom has 2 large double wardrobes and benefits from a ceiling fan to help keep you cool on those very warm nights.** The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a 'George Foreman' type electric grill , microwave and full cooker and was completely re-fitted recently.

The price quoted is for two people for one week. Additional guests, up to a maximum of two, attract a further charge of £35 per person per week. The safe is included in the price. To formally reserve the apartment, a deposit of £50 per week is requested and the final balance falls due 6 weeks before departure. The keys will be sent out by post between 2 and 3 weeks before departure and we also include a stamped addressed envelope so the keys can be sent back to us on your return to the UK.Please note we do charge a small premium for the Christmas / New Year period, making a total of £290 per week in 2018 with additional guests charged at £40 per week.**** Discounts are available for bookings of 3 consecutive weeks or more.Please contact us for a price. ****

About the neighbourhood
Los Cristianos in the south of Tenerife is only about a 20 minute drive from the airport, but well away from the flight path and noise of aeroplanes.

Originally a fishing village, it has grown over the last couple of decades to arguably the most popular holiday resort on the island, while still retaining the charm of its origins. In the town can be found open air bars, cafes and restaurants, together with a good selection of shops (all duty free).

The sandy beach near the harbour (Playa de Las Vistas) is ideal for sun bathing or swimming in the sea. A new “white sand” beach has been developed at Los Cristianos. A pleasant walk along the promenade skirting Playa de Las Vistas will take you to Las Americas.

The flight will normally take about 4 hours and 15minutes with one of the many budget airlines flying from most of the UK's airports.

The apartment is only about 20 minutes by taxi or car from the airport. Taxis are easily available at the airport and will cost between 20 and 25 Euros for the journey.

If you are considering hiring a car, most of the paperwork can be dealt with on-line in the UK, well in advance, leaving minimal form filling when you arrive. There are about five car hire companies based in the terminal building and we can offer advice if required.
