Telling the truth
The moment we arrived at the villa the American style fridge/ freezer was broken we reported to you the first day we arrived and the jacuzzi my teenagers not kids didn't go in it at all I reported to you that the jacuzzi didn't worked the first day as well please do not blame us for all the broken equipment in your villa you need to repair it before families stay in it.

BAD SERVICE
Just came back from menorca very Disappointed with holiday lettings I paid full price for a villa with facilities I expected to work the american style fridge/freezer was not working on our arrival sunday so I contacted the owner he came round the following day Monday I mentioned to him about the sliding door, jacuzzi not working he told me to use the other door and ignored my request to fix the jacuzzi Tuesday men came to fix the fridge/freezer they didn't fix the problem so i called the owner and he brought over a small fridge suitable for 2 people not 6 people so I called holiday lettings who were not interested saying I should have called them within the first 24 hours but I had reported the problems to the owner because of the unsupportive and lack of empathy by staff at holiday lettings I asked for compensation as I paid full price and didn't get the full facilities advertised they said no so now i will not ever book with holiday lettings again as I waited all year for my holiday and i don't want it to be ruined.

We feel that your holidays have had problems due to improper use of the Villa's equipment. The American type fridge with ice making can not be set at -27C is a real outrage that makes the operation is not correct as said the technician who went to the house. A correct use of the facilities would have avoided these problems, they can request economic compensation the first day when the use has not been adequate. We also recommend that the Jacuzzi only be used by adults

Dont bother booking
Dont bother booking this villa on arrival the America style fridge freezer didn't work and the Jacuzzi didn't work the owner brought a small fridge for us that was for 1 to 2 people we were a family of 6 and never fixed the Jacuzzi holiday lettings didn't wont to know or car and the owner didnt care or give competition. Stay well clear

What a fab villa, and the location is perfect. Walking distance to the shops, Punta prima, beaches and water park just over the road. Bus stop just outside the villa so we able to get the bus to mahon to the markets and gin factory 😉which isn't far at all! Ramon was very helpful and answered any questions we had straight away.. we even had a little mate who came to say hello in the afternoon which the kids loved!

Fantastic villa.
The villa is situated in a quiet mainly residential area but there are restaurants, bars & a sandy beach within walking distance. One bar is just over the road along with the Splash waterpark. The villa has a lovely pool with various areas to sunbathe or eat outside but offers shade for those who need it. The views are good from the ground level, you can see the sea quite easily, but if you go up to the roof terrace they are spectacular. The villa is well equiped with everything you need and Ramon- the owner, who left a welcoming bottle of Menorcan wine with a wish for a good stay- is on hand to help with anything. The property is not overlooked. There is a regular bus service to Mahon with a stop a few minutes walk away. From the bus station in Mahon you can get a bus to most places on the island. The only thing stopping it getting full marks is that it has one very squeaky bed and the bedlinen was a bit old. Otherwise... brilliant.

Nice villa, good location, good value
We stayed at the end of September so much quieter than the summer months but lovely weather and still fairly busy on the island. Villa is nice, getting a little dated but has all the facilities you would want. Ramon is lovely and very responsive if you have any issues. Nice to have own pool but it was very cold. There is a large hotel nearby and you can hear (very clearly some nights!) the evening entertainment but it usually finishes around 10.30. You can easily walk down to punta prima which has a beach and several restaurants. Biniancolla is just down the hill and very pretty. I would recommend hiring a car and driving to beaches further a field.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, well equipped.
The paperwork was efficient, property easy to find and exactly as described. The owner Ramon was friendly and accommodating before and during visit. The villa is very spacious and there is sufficient crockery and glassware for a big party! Beach, some shops, restaurants, bike hire and waterpark within walking distance, though we were just outside the season in early April. The children loved the pool which is well maintained (though a tad chilly this early). We enjoyed the coastal beach walk to the Martello tower and the brilliant views and visits to the many coves and nearby caves. Binebequa Vell was beautiful to see with its tiny pathways and white traditional village accommodation. Two must do's; dinner in Ell Castell and the glass bottom yellow Catamaran tour from Mahon port. A lovely family holiday highly recommended by the Clays - Sussex!

Very Nice
We had an informative email from Ramon regarding the villa and the directions from the airport which were very helpful. The villa was exactly as the photos portrayed it - it was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool was very well maintained and everything was very clean. It was quiet but only about 5 minutes walk from the restaurants in Punta Prima. It was in a good position to be able to drive anywhere on the island.

Villa muy bien equipada y bonita. Se nota que es nueva, de reciente construccion y los detalles cuidados. Pasamos 2 semanas magnificas, muy buena piscina y terraza con buenas vistas al mar. El equipamiento de la casa es perfecto, esta todo impecable como en casa, wifi, aire acondicionado... Todo positivo. La ubicación perfecta, te permite moverte en toda la zona sur muy bien, aunque es Menorca esta todo cerca. Es imprescidible el coche. Por poner un pero los horarios de check-in.. pero entiendo que la casa la tienen que limpiar, aunque a la salida nos dieron facilidades y nos quedamos hasta las 21,00h ( estaba libre ese dia). Muy buena opción para pasar unos dias con amigos o familia. Repetiremos. Anna

magnificent Villa
We spent a few wonderful days in this magnificent villa in Menorca. She is very pretty, as seen in the photos. The quiet area can explore all the island from this location. Nearby are all charming restaurants in the south ... Sa Caraba, Pan y Vino Alcaufar Vell, Sa predrera Pujol, Binifadet etc.... Also very close to all the beaches of the southeastern San Luis. I love Biniancolla perhaps one of the sites that still retains the charm of "casetas de pescadores" of another season in Menorca. The sea views from the house ... ummm and the sunsets. The only thing that we could be the day we would have liked. Thanks to Ramon for his own kindness and advice. A highly recommended for a holiday with friends or family room.
