Cadaques is a serviced condominium which includes reception desk with staff 24/7 and more hotel services. -BEDS & BATHS- Up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably in the condo, which includes 2 private bedrooms. High-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night’s rest. • Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, smart TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom • Bedroom 2: Full-size bed, closet, and bathroom. • Living room: Queen size sofa bed with smart tv. Both bathrooms feature stylish, modern fixtures, including showers. For your convenience, towels, toiletries, and hair dryers are provided. -KITCHEN & DINING- Although Bayahibe has many delicious restaurants, you’ll appreciate having a fully equipped kitchen to whip up quick breakfasts, homemade dinners, or just to have snacks on hand. It features a built-in stove, microwave, fridge, and freezer, plus a coffee maker, a blender and a toaster. Need to wash some sand out of your clothes? If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. ➜*SNOWBIRD* Snowbird Season is December through March on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for December-January is at a premium of $2,000 p/ month plus fees. The monthly rate for February and March is $1,800 per month, but Dec. & Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate of $1800 p/ month plus fees. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional cleaning fee. ➜ Renters staying 7 nights or more are responsible for the electrical bill. The meter will be read at the check in and check out. A $200 US refundable deposit will be charged before check in.
