La casa es de 197 m2. situada en una finca de 25.000 m2 de olivos, a tan solo 10 minutos a pié del turístico pueblo de Ardales. A 7 kms del El CAMINITO DEL REY, a 30 minutos de Málaga, Ronda y Antequera y a 75 minutos aproximadamente de Granada, Sevilla y Marbella.
Ideal para familias, ya que posee varias instalaciones y numerosos accesorios y juegos donde poder disfrutar y hacer ejercicios niños y mayores.
POSIBILIDAD DE ALOJAR 11 PERSONAS y con camas supletorias hasta 14 (previa consulta). Los precios son para 6 personas (3 dormitorios), a partir de la séptima se cobrará 20 por persona y día.
Piscina de 10×5 metros, vallada, con agua salada y tobogán.
Amplio parque infantil
Pista polideportíva con iluminación, dos servicios, con campo de fútbol sala, baloncesto y tenis.

Brilliant place for adults and children
This is a family holiday home with extensive grounds which has been developed over the years with much love by the warm-hearted and most welcoming owner, Antonio. Our group included two men who did a number of rock climbs at El Chorro and other nearby cliffs, a four-year-old girl who loved the swings etc and the pool (some of us took wetsuits which made swimming in late March fairly OK), and three women who enjoyed a couple of energetic walks and other activities in the village and at the villa, e.g. tennis and table tennis. The nearby river Turon is very pretty and we enjoyed spotting turtles and birds. Ardales has a long history & the museum a must; the village is quickly reached by car and parking is easy. We mainly ate at the Falco restaurant. Our agent Eryl was always promptly helpful. We would definitely go back, and may well do so.
The villa could be OK for people with disabilities, depending on what the disabiities are; there are steps into the house.

Lovely villa... very helpful host
Booked online and the agent answered our question quickly prior to booking...
The villa is family owned and your welcome to use all facilities...
The agent gave us plenty of advice on the local area and was always quick to reply via text :-)
We are a couple with 4 children aged 3, 7, 8 & 12 and all the children where happy staying here for 6 full days...
This villa is very private but easy to locate is only a 3 minute drive to the nearest town that has a few shops that you will find everything you need 😆
The only small downside is the childrens toys ( pool tems / darts / bikes / etc ) are outdated / broken... sayin that I am not sure people go away to expect these things ??
We would definately stay here again!!

Perfect location
Finca VIlla Rey lived up to all our expectations of a perfect holiday home. The House is well equipped, the pool refreshing and we enjoyed playing tennis and other games. Ardales is a charming pueblo and the perfect location for Day trips in the area.
I highly recommend Finca Villa Rey.

Beautiful villa 40 minutes west of Malaga
Our family party of 7 stayed in Finca Del Rey for 2 weeks. The villa is rustic and well equipped. We all really enjoyed the large swimming pool, games area and BBQs. It's conveniently located for the Caminito del Rey and recreation lakes. The owner, Jose Antonio, was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Nos ha gustado mucho
Estas navidades he estado pasando unos días junto a mi familia en esta casa rural.
La casa está supercuidada y no le falta ningún detalle. Los muebles y enseres están limpios y acondicionados y tiene todas las cosas que puedas necesitar para tener una estancia agradable.
Las camas son cómodas y el colchón aceptable. Tiene mantas adicionales para los frioleros, pero con los calefactores que tiene repartidos por toda la casa la verdad es que no hace nada de frío dentro de la casa .
Tiene campo de futbito, baloncesto, cancha de tenis (todos ellos de tamaño reglamentario), petanca, billar, futbolin, pingpong, tirolina, dardos, la piscina...y seguro que se me olvida algo.
Quien se aburra allí es porque quiere.
Los juegos de mesa están bajo una carpa por lo que los puedes usar aunque sea de noche o esté lloviendo.
La pista deportiva también tiene iluminación nocturna.
Tiene dos cuartos de baño muy cuidados y limpios y la cocina tiene todo el menaje necesario: hogar de gas, microondas,horno y barbacoa en el exterior Es una alegría que tenga lavavajillas para no tener que fregar platos ( os tenéis que llevar las pastillas de detergente)
En la parte de fuera tiene una zona para poder comer al aire libre si el tiempo lo permite.
Tiene chimenea y un salón amplio con sofás para poder sentarse a ver la tele junto a la chimenea.
El entorno es fantástico para hacer alguna pequeña excursión y andar un poco por las mañanas siguiendo el curso del río o haciendo senderismo por las montañas cercanas.
El pueblo está a 10 minutos andando por si os hiciera falta comprar algo.
El dueño ( Jose Antonio) es muy amable y servicial y siempre ha estado muy pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar.
Lo recomiendo. Volveremos

Great villa.. great owner..
We ( 2 adults & 4 kids ) stayed here for 2 weeks. Everything you need is in the villa. Great pool and little park for the kids including a small house. 3 minute drive to the nearest shop / garage and in another minute you can be a village center where you can find bakery.. grocery shops..

Estancia muy acogedora
Mi familia y yo hemos pasado un fin de semana perfecto en el que hemos tenido diversión y tranquilidad sin salir de la casa, se nos ha hecho muy corto.
La piscina, zona de juegos y barbacoa muy cuidados, la casa por dentro muy acogedora y con todos los utensilios de cocina y baño necesarios.
Lo único tal vez a mejorar un poco es el parque infantil que está un poco estropeado pero hay una casita para niños con pizarra y juegos dentro que es preciosa....
Jose una persona muy amable y cercana.
Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Fabulous Villa Rey!
Just got home yesterday after spending a lovely week here in this fabulous villa, a very special place to just chill aswell as being near enough to some beautiful places to visit. The villa has everything a family of eleven could have wanted with loads for the kids to do and of course The Pool !!! The weather was glorious so the pool area became our favourite place until late evening; the five kids ages ranged from 3 up to 13 and was ideal for all. We barbecued, ate a couple of times in the gorgeous village and discovered the best spit roast chicken also in the village of Ardales. Our neighbours were a herd of goats with the goatherd on horseback who we saw most days and the kids (and us ) were fascinated! Visit The Lakes for a great day out with stunning scenery and attempt the climb up to the little church that can be seen from Villa Rey.
Jose and his family looked after us really well and nothing was too much trouble when we needed anything, they were so helpful. Definitely one of our best holidays and would love to go back !! Thank you x

Stunning Villa and Superb Host
Myself , wife and 19 year old son stayed at Finca Villa Rey for 9 days in late Sept early Oct. We were met at the local petrol station/restaurant and taken to the Villa by a friend of the owner as the owner was away at the time of arrival. The very nce spanish man showed us around the villa and gave us the keys. I already had the owner on whattapp in case of any problems,we had already communicated via whattapp prior to holiday and he responds very quickly. The Villa is lovely,very spacious and airy inside. As there was only three of us we only used two of the bedrooms, both has air con and worked very well. There is also a new air con unit in the living room which works very well but we never felt the need to use this. The games court is excellent and we played many football games and even had a couple of games of tennis. Pool area is great , also has a slide into pool. We also spent a lot of time playing pool and numerous other games, there is so much to do that will keep kids of all ages entertained for hours. We had bbq every day , there is a light in the bbq area to floodlight the bbq if you are cooking in the dark. There is also a fridge/ freezer in this area aswell. Indoor kitchen well equiped with everything you need. Villa is only two mins from the main road , we had a renault kangoo but a normal car would be fine for this journey. The local pizza restaurant even delivered pizzas to us one evening with the help of Jose Antonio(villa owner) putting the order in for us as our spanish is very limited.We also went to Bar el Milan in the town centre for lunch and it was probably the best tapas we have ever eaten. Overall fabulous villa and very nice and helpfull owner. This place is ideal for for relaxing or a great base for exploring rural spain but only a 40 min drive to the coast. We would highly recommend this villa an we loved every minute of our stay. We are hoping to return next year.
