I stayed in the private cottage, but Stephen also showed me the suites as a point of reference for a future stay. You could not go wrong with any of them... They are all so beautifully appointed and designed, and a perfect compliment to their spectacular surroundings!! Stephen is warm and welcoming and makes you feel at home, but as well is happy to share which hikes and local spots he recommends. There are some lovely hikes nearby, but of course being located directly on the water means you don't even have to leave the property for your entire stay (and you won't want to!). If you're looking to find your zen - you need to stay here. My stay was a quick 2-night getaway, but ideally this would be somewhere I'd go for a week or longer. Can't wait to go back.

Perfect getaway from the city!
Secret Cove Treehouse has been, and continues to be our perfect escape from the city over the last few years! The location is truly a little natural oasis, tucked away in the trees, but with all your modern luxuries and comforts! My husband and I have visited on our own, and with friends, in both the peak and off-peak seasons. Whichever the season, this property is always charming, but we definitely love visiting during peak so that we can take advantage of the canoes! The host, Stephen, is always incredibly warm and gracious — we look forward to catching up with him each time! Can’t wait to return soon :)

Fantastic stay/fantastic hosts
Due to unfortunate personal reasons we had to delay our stay. Ivan and Stephen were so great in letting us do this. The cottage itself is stunning, the views and location are spectacular. They really made us welcome and were so helpful.
Thanks a lot guys, fully recommend

A wonderful retreat
We had a lovely stay in the cottage over the family day long weekend. The secluded property is in great condition, and wonderfully designed for a self catering stay. I don't think I've slept as well in a long time! The property is a short drive to some great nature and it is a great escape. We've recommended the property to friends and will be sure to return again soon to take advantage of the kayaks when the weather warms up!

Lovely secluded get away
Delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the Lower Mainland. Quiet, calm and peaceful. You can listed to tall conifers blowing in the wind while sitting in the hot tub. The water is a short walk down a steep flight of stairs away. Lots of hiking nearby and tons of personal recommendations from the owners on all sorts of ways to spend your time.

Magical Getaway
My boyfriend and I planned a 2 week long road trip then ended up having issues with our campsite arrangements so we needed a place to stay the night & reorganize ourselves & we were able to book a night at the cottage only 2 or so nights ahead. The property was absolutely stunning, the house with the suites was closer than we thought which made it slightly less private than we thought but not a problem at all. Other than that everything was amazing & quiet, we loved the hot tub, bath, outdoor shower & surrounding area. We couldn't seem to get the fireplace going, there didn't seem to be proper airflow but it could've easily just been us not opening a vent or something. Overall a wonderful night & we defiantly plan to stay again when we pass through the area next.

flawless treetop tranquility
My wife and I spent 4 nights here on our honeymoon. Everything about our stay was perfect. The owner Stephen was amazing, super friendly, top notch service, made sure we were all set and even had us over! There are two canoes for peaceful paddles in secret cove. you MUST try the outdoor shower if you rent the cottage! The kitchen has everything you need and the coffee was delicious! It's silent, peaceful and relaxing. The cottage is a charming blend of modern and retro, complemented by the owners modern architectural gem beside it. I can't say enough great things about our stay! bring a bathing suit because you will not find a hot tub with a better view than the one here, especially at night when the stars are out! Lots of great hikes nearby and tons of little waterfalls!

Unique Gem
Absolutely a gem. Very private, tranquil setting. Amazing view situated high in the treetops overlooking secret cove. The suite was very thoughtfully designed with a functional kitchen equipped with all of the amenities. Gorgeous bedroom with morning light through the trees, concrete floors... perfect combination of modern and vintage decor.

Hiddden Gem
We spend two nights of our honeymoon at Secret Cove Treehouse. It is the perfect place to relax, watch wild life and enjoy the amazing outdoor shower. If you like canoeing, they offer free rental, and the best thing is the hot tub after a long paddle along Secret Cove. Stephen, owner and host is amazing, before arrival and during the stay, he even invite us for a tea to his own private roof deck....wow!!! I highly recommend anyone to stay here!
