Holiday Rental House
First floor independent apartment in a small villa of 4 apartments. The house has got a large garden with very old and tall trees, where you can park two cars. The house is really very close to the sea - less than 150 metres from the sea- just along a narrow street which ends in a pedestrian path (in Italian this is called the 'Lungomare'). There are restaurants very close to the apartment along the Lungomare and a nearby supermarket for shopping if you want to eat at home. The house is really comfortable, with a nice furniture: you can plan short or long stays here in every season. It's good for a family, but you can also share the house with a couple of good friends....First floor independent apartment in a small villa of 4 apartments. About the neighbourhood
Castiglioncello is a small village of the Rosignano Marittimo Municipality, 20 km from Livorno (SOUTH).
