Holiday Rental House
First floor independent apartment in a small villa of 4 apartments.
The house has got a large garden with very old and tall trees, where you can park two cars.
The house is really very close to the sea - less than 150 metres from the sea- just along a narrow street which ends in a pedestrian path (in Italian this is called the 'Lungomare').
There are restaurants very close to the apartment along the Lungomare and a nearby supermarket for shopping if you want to eat at home.
The house is really comfortable, with a nice furniture: you can plan short or long stays here in every season.
It's good for a family, but you can also share the house with a couple of good friends....First floor independent apartment in a small villa of 4 apartments.

About the neighbourhood
Castiglioncello is a small village of the Rosignano Marittimo Municipality, 20 km from Livorno (SOUTH). Castiglioncello stands on a promontory reaching out into the Tyrrhenian Sea, surrounded by pinewoods and hills that fall right down to the sea forming cliffs, little inlets, coves and sandy beaches. Pines, oaks and rocky cliffs make this region a unique one.
