The villa is on two levels, on the first level there is a spacious living / dining room with a sea view terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, espresso pod machine, kettle, toaster ...), in correspondence of which there is an external area equipped with barbecue, tent and table to be able to have lunch in the shade even on the sunniest days. A conveniently accessible external space is used as a laundry room with a washing machine. The villa has direct access to the sea through a staircase at the end of which there is a platform on the cliff with a sun umbrella, sunbeds and deck chairs. About the neighbourhood
The villa is located in a very exclusive stretch of reef, where access to the sea is private and reserved only for the few houses present. Moving with the car, it is just 3 minutes from the center of Castiglioncello, where there is also a beautiful pine forest, equipped with games for children of all ages. As for the sea, over the cliff below the house, just 500 meters away is a beautiful beach club with restaurant, pool and access to the sea, equipped with all amenities, 900 meters are the first beaches, both free equipped, whereas only 10 minutes by car you can find the famous white beaches.
