This pleasant living space opens up in various directions offering great outdoor views.
The ground floor is open plan with wide openings towards the gardens and patios outside.
The decor of the house is smart casual allowing for a relaxed natural lifestyle.

This ecohouse is the residence of the project Architect and his family of 4 children and perfectly capable to support a family's needs.

Artwork on the walls is from the Cape Greco National Park and is part of the Architec's collection of photographs taken during the exploarations that insired the architectural concept.
Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and living room at no extra charge.
The main bedroom has an adjoining room with a great desk and couch-bed, spectacular sea views and stunning sunsets, fantastic as part of the parent's en-suite part of the house.
The ground floor bedroom and shower room is suitable for elderly guests or for a maid/nanny.
