Villa Aqua Marina is a luxury villa, 100m away from the famous “Ayios Illias” church in Protaras, a walking distance (800 meters) from the sunrise bay, and all the touristic amenities of central Protaras, located on the famous Akefalou street, close to Paralimni, and only 10-minute drive from Aya Napa City. GROUND FLOOR The living or carpet area of this villa is 285 sq. meters, the tiled pool is 50 sq. meters, • Entrance hall leading to the spacious open plan living area furnished in a contemporary design with genuine leather stretching seats, and a red wood dining area which seats 6 comfortably. Panoramic patio doors lead to the terrace. Also the wide panoramic windows open to the sea and pool views.• A bathroom - powder room for guests beside the dining area.• 45' flat screen TV, DVD, 6 CD double cassette and radio stereo system with woofers in the guest room.•The wooden finished marble stairs facing the main door, lead you to the upper and lower levels of this gigantic house.• Superb wide kitchen, on the right of the main entrance door, complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine, with a breakfast wooden table and its 4 chairs in the middle of the kitchen. At the side, is a rest area, consisting of two genuine leather sofas where the family can enjoy a break. • The Cigar Lounge or the smoking area is right adjacent to the kitchen, where the wooden decoration is also impressive with 3 sided panoramic green views and cleared by sliding doors open to the front and back (pool) sides, consists a 45'TV set. FIRST FLOOR• Bedroom 1: Large Double-bed bedroom fully fitted with en-suite shower/wet room and a door leading to front veranda with sea view. This facility is optional, with advance payment at time of booking. The village of Protaras is often described as the high class relaxation area of Cyprus. It is a mix of local traditional Cypriot life and large holiday villas set on the hills overlooking the bay near Cavo Greco & the famous night life of Aya Napa. It has excellent local facilities with many bars, night clubs, local taverns offering freshly cooked traditional meat, fish and meza all set in and around the Akefalou street. The “Aiyos Ilias” surrounding provides a lovely blend of traditional Cypriot life and hospitality that makes for an unforgettable holiday experience.More
