We would like to invite you to our apartment in a new apartment building in Hel. The apartment is fully and comfortable furnished. It's intended for four persons, ideal for families with children (2+2). It consist of a living room combined with a kitchenette and a separate room with two single beds that can be joined to form one, big double bed. There is a double, folding sofa in the living room. In the kitchenette our clients will find all necessary kitchenware (pots, plates and cutlery). The apartment also has a quite spacious balcony. About the neighbourhood
Hel is the last town on the Hel Peninsula with unique beaches with yellow sand between the Baltic Sea and the Bay of Gdańsk. The building is located in the area of a fishing cottage built in the late 1920s, called Kolonia Rybacka. Strolling along narrow streets, all visitors will feel a unique atmosphere and climate of this place. Owing to preserved, frame construction fishermen houses, this part of the town still resembles a fishing cottage. In the neighbourhood there is Wiejska Street with its numerous attractions, beautiful architecture, interesting restaurants. Here the old fishermen houses bring back the past. Nearby the apartment building, our guests will find the necessary infrastructure: shops, pharmacy, tennis court and bicycles rental. There is a fenced car park on the premises. Next to the apartment building, there is a big car park. Comfortable and fully equipped apartments, good location and seaside climate will make our clients’ visit memorable, irrespective of the season. Attractions in Hel - a bicycle path along the Hel Peninsula - cruises around the Bay - a summer water connection with Gdynia (ships, hydrofoils operated by Żegluga Gdańska and waterbus line to Gdynia and Sopot) - museums, galleries - ‘Militaria Helskie’ tourist trail and other military monuments - the Summer Festival of Chamber Music - tennis courts - concerts and events on the stage by the harbour - restaurants and taverns - sailing around the Bay in the smallest kind of fishing boat - a gym in a sports hall - a multi-storey water chute at a guarded part of the beach Worth seeing: - Wiejska Street – beautiful architecture, fishermen houses built at the end of the 17th century and in the first half of the 19th century - a fishing port and marina - a seaside boulevard - a lighthouse - The Seal Centre - The Fisheries Museum and an open-air exhibition of traditional fishing boats - The Museum of Coastal Defence - an open-air exhibition by Klub Garnizonowy (Garrison) presenting mainly naval weapon (naval artillery and anti-aircraft guns, naval mines, torpedoes, mine flails, torpedo launchers) - the headland - Polish fortifications from the interwar years and German fortifications built during the military occupation, and other military monuments.
