The interiors have been styled to a very high standard with all the modern conveniences you would expect of a luxury holiday home. Whilst only a stones throw away from the bay, the apartment offers peace and quiet yet so close to places to eat. We welcome all guests. Please note that apartment 7a is on the first floor and accessed by a flight of stairs. There are no lifts in the Marina Village. We would appreciate all of our guests take care not to abuse the use of air conditioning by limiting the amount it is used to very hot days and not leaving it on when you go out or when the doors/windows are open. Please look after the environment and beautiful Marigot Bay.

Apartment with great view

Stayed in Apt 7A just for one week ( not enough ) great waking up having breakfast with a View --- yatchs coming and going large and small -- spent the days around the bay, dinner all with a bay view.

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is on the first floor with a wide balcony overlooking the bay. Set in the Marina Village with its attractive New England style architecture, you are in the secure heart of the village with its supermarket, bakery, bank and shops within a few minutes walk from the front door. You don’t need a car. There is a good choice of restaurants and bars to meet everyone’s budget, within walking distance or on a water taxi which takes you across the bay in just a few minutes. There are restaurants, bars, a gym and health spa located in the 5 star Marigot Bay Resort, a short walk along the marina board walk or through the hotels tropical gardens. Our guests have free use of the fabulous swimming pools with complimentary towels and water.

If you do want to explore around the island then we can arrange an authorised taxi driver or book you on a wide host of authorised trips to cover all tastes.
