Bron View, a delightful mid-terraced former quarryman cottage brimming with character is just a five minutes’ walk from the everyday amenities as well as a swimming pool, cinema and the Ffestiniog Steam Railway.
The town is the home to Llechwedd Slate Cavern Complex which house Zip World, Bounce Below, slate quarry tours and Antur Stiniog- the extreme downhill mountain bike trails.
From the cottage you can walk on well maintained footpaths and visit lakes, water falls, disused mining settlements and view the stunning scenery of the Snowdonia N.P.
Ideally situated a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches of N. Wales namely Black Rock sands and Harlech.

About the neighbourhood
The cottage is in the quiet residential area with walks straight from the doorstep into the mountains. As well as being peaceful it has the added advantage of being only five minutes walk from everything Blaenau has to offer.On the fringe of the town are the Zip World/ Llechwedd Slate Mines complex with Bounce Below, Zip World Titan, the Slate Mines and Quarry Explorer all on your doorstep. This is also the home of the Antur Stiniog bike trails. Within the town and you have the Ffestiniog Railway and all the town amenities within a short walk.. Blaenau has an excellent Indian restaurant (Red Chillies) and CellB which not only serves superb food but also has a little cinema and occasional other entertainment.
Getting around
Blaenau Ffestiniog has a good bus and train service.
It is situated on A470 and it takes approximately 20minutes drive to get to Portmadog or Betwys y Coed.
