The house is located near the small port of Kérity (200m) in a lively area. It has been completely renovated and the sleeping area is completely new with large beds. Comfortable and fully equipped for eight people and a baby. The house is 20m from the municipal cinema, 200m from the port and shops (restaurants, bars, fishmonger, bakery, crêperie). You can choose your beach according to the direction of the wind or your preference for finer sand or waves ... - Kerity beach: 500m - Ster beach: 1.3 km - Pors Carn beach: 2.5 km - The torch: 5.6 km The area is lively: market on Wednesday morning and festivities take place at the port. The cinema screens films released during the year. The house is located 30 km from Quimper, where the train station and the airport are located. Description of the house In the DRC: - fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine - a dining room overlooking the garden and the Sainte Thumette church equipped with a table and eight chairs + 1 baby chair - a living room located in the South bathed in light with a small view of the port equipped with a sofa and armchairs, a TV, a DVD player, a video recorder and many toys available for children (books , stuffed animals ...) - toilets - a small utility room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner - a 600 m2 fully enclosed garden, very sunny, with breathtaking views of the church; a leafy lawn area and a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and deckchair to enjoy the sun and a barbecue UPSTAIRS: Everything was completely renovated in 2018, the bedding is new, large for more comfort during the holidays. - a large bedroom with a new 180x200 bed, with cupboard and wardrobe with balcony overlooking the garden and the church - two bedrooms with 2 twin 90x200 beds and dressers. - a bedroom with 2 twin beds giving a bed of 180X200 cm - a bathroom with double sink and shower with electric towel dryer - a bathroom with single sink, shower and toilet with electric towel radiator Oil heating for comfort in summer and winter. For children possibility of providing free of charge: a travel cot with duvet and sheets, a potty, a bicycle and other games Other information - weekly rental in season possibility of less than a week in low and medium season; price per night. - animals not accepted - towels not provided - a parking space for a car in front of the house and three parking spaces 50m away Rate The weekly price includes: the rental price for the specified period, sheets, the provision of tea towels The deposit is 700 € is to be paid on arrival to be returned at the end of the stay.
