Bright, private breakaway apartment in daylight basement. Equipped with 2 full bathrooms and laundry. The space has a full kitchen (with ice maker, garbage disposal and lots of cooking utensils) living room, master bed with bath and an alcove room that has a set of bunks and two twins with beanbags, TV with DVD player and lots of DVDs. We provide lots of games, books and a ski boot warmer/dryer. All linens and towels provided. Access to West Mountain chair right out the back door to the ski way or a free shuttle passes our driveway 2 - 3 times per hour that will b ring you directly to the lodge. We require guests to be 25 or over. We will not rent to vacationing students. Limit 2 pets per stay. If there is evidence of any animal on the furniture an automatic $100 will be taken from security deposit
This is a wooden and private area. Neighbor's homes can be seen at a distance but there is a nice buffer of trees between everyone.
Getting around
The Sugarloaf Shuttle passes our driveway twice an hour and is on call after 4pm during the ski season It's a very convenient mode of transportation on the mountain.
