Adoramos o imóvel. Boa localização com restaurante, mercado, padaria, hospital próximos. Limpeza impecável, mobília adequada que atende as necessidades e a dona Tereza proprietário é uma simpatia que não mediu esforços para nós ajudar.

Já fiquei duas vezes no apartamento da dona Tereza, tudo maravilhoso, aconchegante e bem localizado. Sacada maravilhosa pra centar e relaxar.

A proprietária é muito atenciosa, o apartamento tem tudo que precisa, muito bom não tenho nada a reclamar se voltar em Balneário com certeza alugo esse ap de novo.
