A lovely, compact, comfortable home from home - our two bedroom bungalow is situated on The Gower Peninsula, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This detached chalet bungalow is part of Gower Holiday Village with well maintained grounds, a swimming pool and children's play area. It offers a wonderful family holiday and is a safe and fun environment for children .The property benefits from an L-shaped Lounge/Diner and Kitchen giving good open plan living. The lounge area has two comfy leather sofas, there is a table and four chairs for dining and a tv with satellite freeview, a dvd player . The kitchen area has sink and base units, an electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Bosch dishwasher plus all utensils and cooking equipment. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed and bunks both have wardrobes. There is one family bathroom with sink unit, WC, a P-shaped bath with an electric power shower over. There is an open rear garden. Electric is included in price and a hand towel (NOT BATH/BEACH TOWELS), and bed linen and pillows. There is ample parking space for two cars.. The Bungalow is close to some of Gower's best beaches including Rhossili, voted no 1 by TripAdvisor 2013. There is also a pub/restaurant and chip shop, an indoor swimming pool (April to end of October), adventure playground, indoor games room, a launderette, shop with in-store bakery, a hairdressers and chemists.. The chip shop and pub are not open 7 days a week but there are others within 5 minutes drive and we are happy to provide recommendations. More

Very comfortable accommodation. Clean and everything one needed. Owner very helpful when The kettle broke by ordering a new one to be delivered. Easy reach if the beaches. Bonus of having an indoor swimming pool on site.

simple and relaxing

great for a no stress long weekend in beautiful scenery. Everything was clean and comfortable, although the main double bed could probably do with replacing.

Lovely winter break

We spent last weekend at No 1. A lovely property, well-maintained, warm and clean. We found it very convenient for visiting Rhosilli and Port Eynon. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. I've already recommended it to friends.

The Gower Peninsula was designated as the UKs first 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' back in 1956, and we are glad to say it has not changed much! It has some of the most awesome waves, coastal walks in Britain, and blue flag beaches. Rhossili Bay was voted one of the world's top class beaches in the world in both 2013 and 2014. as part of the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Awards. In 2018, 2 Beaches in the Gower, Rhossili and Three Cliffs were voted 3rd and 8th in the UK.
