Chalet
The chalet is situated on the edge of the friendly village of Maenclochog, at the foot of the spectacular Preseli Hills in North Pembrokeshire. Ty Pren Bach sits in the grounds of Westland West, a 5½ acre small holding. Opposite the entrance to the driveway are the two ‘Cornel Bach’ standing stones and from here is the start of a lovely walk that leads to the hills. About the neighbourhood
Ty Pren Bach is surrounded by open countryside and has stunning views of Foel Cwmcerwyn, the highest point in Pembrokeshire and the Preseli Hills. The property has an abundance of bird life and red kites can be seen overhead most days. On clear nights the view of the milky way is amazing. Ty Pren Bach is in an excellent location for exploring the National park and West Wales - the coast, beaches, historic sites from the neolithic period to the more recent castles and the magnificent cathedral of St Davids. It is a short drive to Narberth, Fishguard, Haverfordwest, Newport and Cardigan where there are numerous shops, restaurants, etc. Maenclochog has an excellent village store, a pub and two petrol stations (with service facilities)
