We are right in the heart of the world famous mountain bike trails and can offer you and your bike a perfectly safe and secure haven. The nearest access to the cycle path which leads to the mountain bike trails is located less than a 2 minute ride. The Space: Brand new refurbishment! The property has been completely refurbished to a high standard and is well suited for mountain biking groups, families and those simply looking to relax. The living area has a super comfy sofa to relax on while watching the TV, with soft throws for you to wrap around on the colder nights! There is a large dining room for your meals and a well designed, fully equipped kitchen with a full height fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, a home from home kitchen. High Chair is available and stored under the stairs. There is a clean and modern wet room style shower on the ground floor with a toilet and hand basin. Upstairs you will find the modern bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also a washing machine/dryer adjacent to the bathroom, in its own cupboard. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, one double bedroom, one twin bedded bedroom and finally a single bed bedroom, and a foldaway bed in the lounge - all with blackout blinds and comfortable beds. A Travel Cot is available on request (we do NOT provide bedding for the travel cot). There is a singe fold away bed and bedding stored under stairs. The property is set directly on the river so you will love the picturesque view at the property. Security is as important to us as it is to you and we have cctv at the property, giving you peace of mind for the safety of your bikes. Guest Access: The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You wont be sharing with anyone. The Neighborhood: Set within spectacular countryside, The Afan Valley is located midway between Swansea and Cardiff in South Wales. Within walking distance of dense woodland areas, the house lies adjacent to the former mining area of Cymmer and adjacent to a European award winning national mountain biking facility, Afan Forest Park which receives approximately 60,000 visitors each year. Transport links are readily available with junction 40 of the M4 approximately 7 miles to the south west via the A4107. Norton Views is north east of Port Talbot with the City of Swansea 13 miles to the west and Cardiff 28 miles to the east. Other Things to Note: No parties or events No smoking or Vaping
