House Rental
Bay View is a very comfortable and homely split level semi detached house with a large lounge, kitchen/diner with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The master bedroom has a 6ft bed (can be split into two 3ft beds) and a second bedroom with bunk beds with a family bathroom with a large shower, wc and hand basin.
Gas central heating throughout, freeview TV, and DVD player, FREE WIFI.
There are off road parking space on the front drive, a patio at the rear with garden furniture in the summer months, there is also a storage building at the rear for any cycles or equipment that you may bring with you.

As a result of incorrect security entry code advert I didn' enter, resulting in additional cost which wasn't recovered.
The home was well kept and comfortable inside but unkept on the outside. Temp was controlled by L/L.

good location
There were numerous steps that was not mentioned in the information section. This caused my wife a problem & if I had known about them I would not have booked this property. There were no details about how to use the t.v. I had to contact one of the owners many times to get this sorted. No other info. re. attractions in the area. Property was large & clean & quite well equipped.

Nice home to stay for a holiday.
We spent a few days in this home for a holiday new swansea where a number of nice beach are. The home is very nice and location is good for visiting several attractions.

Schönes Haus, viel Platz
Das Haus war so wie es vorgestellt wurde. Wir waren mit 2 Personen da und es hatte übermäßig Platz. Das Haus ist in gutem zustand, die Küche ist technisch gut eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem.
Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Adresse. Die Straße heißt "Bay View Close" und 10 km von einem bay (Küste) entfernt. Das könnte man etwas besser darstellen.
The house was as discribed in the internet. We attent with 2 persons and plenty of place. The house was in a good condition, the kitchen was very nice, the beds are comfortable.
We had a chalange to find it. The Name of the street is "Bay view close", near "Bay view Garden" and 10 km away from the bay.

le logement en lui même est très bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux pour deux personnes ( quatre si petits enfants) propre, mais l'environnement proche ( moins de 150m) d'une double voix est très bruyante et la maison très peu isolée ! dommage ! le sèche linge indiqué n'est qu'un étendoir ( très petit d'ailleurs) à linge basique et il n'y a ni carte, ni dépliant sur la région ! On ne peux pas profiter de la terrasse trop de bruit de la route ! mais on a passé un agréable séjour malgré tout .
