About the neighbourhood
The lookout is in a 5 acre meadow in Warwickshire, with unrivalled 180 degree views across the open countryside for forty miles. There are two great pubs within walking distance and other amenities nearby including a farm shop and The National Herb Centre. The Look Out is well placed in the Cotswolds for visitors to enjoy the countryside and beautiful nearby villages. The historic town of Stratford on Avon Birth place of Shakespeare, the Beautiful regency town of Leamington Spa, Warwick town and castle are all within a half an hour drive.
Getting around
There is a mainline railway station in Banbury, with good connections to London, Oxford, Bicester Village and Birmingham and NEC. There are buses and coaches departing from Banbury and Oxford to most of the main attractions. Travelling around by car offers the most flexibility in this area allowing visitors to go to local National Trust Properties, Gaydon, British Motor Museum and Compton Verney, art gallery and park.
