Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), separate toilet, large shower room. Central wood heating, carport. Roanne 30 minutes away, St-Etienne 1 hour away. Noirétable and Villerest lake 20 minutes away, ideal for hiking or swimming. To make your stay even more comfortable, charges and sheets are included in your rental price. Gite located in the old farmhouse, with independent access, courtyard and private terrace (surroundings being finished in summer 2020).
