The beautiful modern apartment is on the 1st floor in the gated community Puerta Marina in Los Alcazares. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have twin beds. Good size balcony with side view to the pool area.
The apartment is very well equipped with WiFi, cable TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, air-condition and sunbeds.
The apartment is within a 5 minute walk to local bars and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is absolutely ideal for both families and couples alike.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLEAN IS AN ADDITIONAL COST AND PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL. THE COST IS 70 EUROS.
For arrivals after 21.00 there is an extra charge of 20 euros , to be paid to the key holder.
