My husband and I stayed at the Dairy for a week (wish it had been longer). On arrival there was a bottle of wine on the table, ham, coleslaw, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber in the fridge as well as a loaf of bread. This was very welcome as it was evening when we arrived.
The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is on suite as well as there being another bathroom down stairs. The shower was wonderful, good water pressure, constant temperature. The electrics are English and French, so no need to bring adapters. I love a galleried bedroom, so this was an added pleasure.
The boulangerie is only a few minutes walk away and opens at 8:15 every morning except Wednesday. There is also a bar/restaurant that is open every day except Wednesday.
There is also a heated swimming pool, very nice after a hot day out.
The area has a wealth of Chateaux, a zoo, a nature area similar to New Forest.

Peace and Tranquillity
We have recently returned from a wonderfully relaxing two weeks in The Dairy and can't wait to return. Angela and Derek were the perfect hosts, always ready to help which was especially appreciated when Brittany Ferries cancelled all crossings. Angela sorted everything out for us. The Dairy is beautiful with lovely old beams everywhere, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one could need. It is situated in a quiet hamlet, perfect for evening strolls and close to many interesting old towns and villages. The icing on the cake is the covered , heated swimming pool, where one can swim or lounge whatever the weather. Whilst we were there, there were several couples on repeat visits which speaks volumes on the quality of the accommodation.

We are regular visitors to France. The Diary lived up to all our expectations. Angela and Derek were the most friendly and hospitable hosts. Excellent area for cycling, great pool and table tennis facilities. Gite very clean and well equipped. Local Boulangerie/restaurant a must. Highly recommended.

A haven of peace
We spent a glorious week in la laiterie in the idyllic surroundings of La Vieille Ferme. Angela and Derek were wonderful hosts and were on hand for advice and any problems.
However, the gite was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We will be returning.

A little piece of heaven
This is one of the loveliest gites that we have stayed in. The village is very pretty and has the welcome addition of a bar / restaurant . The gardens are beautifully kept and there is a small pool
The gite was well equipped and very comfortable . The owners provide BBQ and garden equipment including fresh herbs for the use of guests . The log fire was welcome in the evenings.
The hosts were helpful in every way , from advice on the local area to restaurant bookings.
The small pool has now been replaced by a large covered pool.
