Set in the Waveney valley on the Norfolk Suffolk borders. Pump cottage dates back to the 17th century a grade 2 listed building. we renovated the cottage and retained may of the original features. The old Pump is still just outside the door. You enter into a spacious open plan Kitchen, with dishwasher, fridgefreezer, electric cooker,microwave, dining room with woodburner, leading into a cosy Lounge, with digital television, video, and DVD player with a collection of films, Bathroom with bath overhead electric shower, wc, and wash basin. The cottage is ideal for families and up to two well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. A four poster can make it a romantic getaway for two. We've been coming here for a long time and we've never been disappointed. It's like our second home, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Jackie and John are so kind and thoughtful, you couldn't ask for better hosts xxx

The market town of Diss is 6 miles with a mixture of supermarkets and small individual shops.Market day is Friday,also on a Friday at Gaze sale yard a large auction of household and antique furniture. Bressingham gardens and steam experience only a few miles away, Flixton air museum, with free admission. .Banham zoo set in 35 acres of beautiful park land and gardens home for almost 1000 animals. Redgrave and Lopham fen the source of the river waveney. Thornham walks, and gardens.
