Claire & Paul's remodeled house is truly one-of-a-kind. It's perfectly situated in lovely Peggy's Cove. The views of the village, lighthouse, and ocean from the front windows are like looking at a large oil painting of a post-card perfect scene. You'll fall in love with the inhabitants of the town as you wander the streets and chat with them each day. Everyone is so warm, friendly, and eager to share their stories! Also, the remodel of the house is quite remarkable. Claire and Paul transformed an old tired house with a ton of external charm into a cozy nest with all the modern conveniences you will need. But, perhaps the best feature of this property is the owners. Paul and Claire are truly wonderful people. They were remarkably attentive to our needs. You will enjoy staying at this rate gem!

Absolutely amazing! Claire and Paul made us feel most welcome and comfortable in their home. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location to enjoy our vacation/honeymoon. I couldn't ask for a better location in Nova Scotia than right on Peggy's Cove! The weather was perfect, our house was perfect, our hostess was amazing! Can't wait for my next trip down.

Peggy’s cabin is a beautiful cottage overlooking Peggy’s Cove! We spent several evenings on the back deck enjoying the view. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The sitting area was spacious and comfortable. The only difficulty for us was managing the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. That’s because we are in our 70s and not as agile as we once were. However, we had a nice stay and Claire stayed in touch to make sure we were well cared for!

I don’t think I’ve ever been more touched by any other place as this . The cottage was beautiful the people were all so friendly and I can’t say enough about the owner Claire. Loved her ❤️ The view from the cottage was a postcard worthy sight . I already miss it !

We had a wonderful time in Peggy's Cove. Claire was an amazing host, easy to reach, answered our questions. Her recommendations for places to eat were spot on. We had vehicle trouble and her husband recommended Homestead just 10 minutes down the road. They fixed our problems quickly. Everyone we met were very friendly. We highly recommend this cottage and host.

Anyone looking for a vacation home is setting the foundation for memories. Claire's cottage is the ideal aesthetic for a Nova Scotian experience. Clean and beautiful with touches of love adorning every room without being clutterd. A great base for driving trips to Lunenburg as well as the Kejimkujik National Park. On rainy days we stayed inside enjoying the best view of Peggys Cove. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I thought one bathroom for 5 people would be challenging but it worked out well. There was plenty of hot water! The best part of this cottage is the owner. She is so attentive to ensuring you have a great stay. Thank you Claire for a lovely cottage vacation that my family will never forget! XOX
