One bedroom luxury apartment, based in Hawarden, North Wales, 15 minute drive from Chester City centre and 30 minutes from Liverpool.

Accommodation consists of one double bedroom, which can also be made into a twin, a large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and living area, which has a sofa bed and large flat screen smart tv, large en-suite shower room. There is also a shared utility room with access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Apartament has high speed internet access.

Hawarden is a popular village which has 2 award winning gastro pubs and fine dining restaurant, all within a 2 minute walk.

Hawarden train station is 5 minute walk away, bus stops are even less.

The owners live on-site, therefore any problem can be easily resolved quickly, information and advice offered. Although this brand new apartment doesn't have any reviews yet, it's sister 'The Coach House', bed and breakfast is situated next door. This has been open for 10 years. Check out its popular reviews on this website or trip advisor.

About the neighbourhood
Hawarden is a very historic village, one of its most famous residents being former Prime Minister Gladstone, who's family still live in the area. Many people travel to study in his famous library he built for the public (50 metres away).

We have 2 fantastic gastro pubs within a 2 minute walk that serve award winning food and real ales (The Fox & Grapes and Glynne Arms).

Also close by just recently opened is a fine dining restaurant, which hasn't won any awards yet, but we are certain it will.

Hawarden golf club is a 2 minute drive, well worth a visit voted one of the best golf courses in North Wales.

Also very popular is Chester Zoo, Chester Racecourse and Cheshire Oaks Designer outlet village, all within a 15 minute drive.
Getting around
A car is advantageous but not necessary. Hawarden train station is a 5 minute walk away that is on the Shrewsbury to Bidston line, giving easy access to Wrexham, Shotton, Chester and Liverpool.
We are also on the main Mold to Chester bus route, with buses passing the house every 15 minutes.
