Cottage
This apartment cottage is named after Prince Rupert of the Rhine, a nephew of King Charles I, who commanded the Royalist cavalry during the English Civil War and made Sudeley his headquarters. The entrance to the apartment is via one of two outdoor staircases (at each end of the Old Forge) and the shared decking area, which faces a pretty lawn and the footpath to Sudeley Castle. The first floor has a bright and light open plan living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen overlooking the main courtyard. A pretty, divided staircase leads up to the double bedroom and family bathroom to the left and the single bedroom (with under-eaves space for a ‘folding' bed) to the right. Note: the three Old Forge apartment cottages have restricted headroom in parts of the bedrooms and landing area...This apartment cottage is named after Prince Rupert of the Rhine, a nephew of King Charles I, who commanded the Royalist cavalry during the English Civil War and made Sudeley his headquarters.
