A beautiful home away from home in idyllic countryside location!
A very warm and friendly welcome by the most wonderful hosts who provided the most extensive welcome goodies with juice, milk, bread, croissants, cookies and apples to kick start your stay. The accommodation itself has been so well thought out with every amenity at your disposal with a fully functioning kitchen and even a washing machine if needed. The WiFi was also good enough to maintain conference calls from work without a worry. The hamlet of Chillenden is such a quaint little area with plenty of beautiful countryside walks, a nearby windmill and the local pub just a stones through from the stables. Karen and Jerry could not have been more accommodating even letting guests explore their beautiful gardens complete with a croquet pitch! Can’t wait to come back for another stay soon.

What a little gem I cannot fault this place - it was spotless clean on arrival and every small detail has been thought of to make my stay an easy one - there was even a welcome pack of milk/butter/bread/crossants/jam plus tea and coffee which I was not expecting from a self cattering cottage - will be back again soon
