Spacious and light filled with floor to ceiling windows, the apartment features a stunning marble bathroom with an oversized rain shower head. It’s very secure building that requires an access code to enter. This light-filled penthouse is in an amazing location for a city stay; located amongst so many cafes, restaurants, shops and is only minutes from the trams. It includes two large outdoor decks/patios (45 sq m in total) with city views from the upper floors of the large, renovated warehouse area. Excellent facilities with an LCD TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and security, reserved, undercover car parking all included. Perfect for couples or smaller families, this modern apartment has spacious living areas indoors and out, a large, amazing kitchen, and two bedrooms with a bathroom with rainforest shower head and powder room. It also includes central heating and air-conditioning, secure building with intercom entry, and secure undercover car space. Your boutique penthouse includes high quality Scandinavian furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and a full kitchen with generous bench space and top line appliances, as well as laundry facilities. There's also a cot and high chair available for a small fee if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot. This apartment is very centrally located and the CBD is only a 15 – 20 minute walk. The number 86 tram along Smith street goes directly into the CBD. The closest train station is Collingwood but funnily enough it is located on the other side of Hoddle Street in Abbotsford. The closest Melbourne bike share station is located on Brewery Lane which is only about a 2 or 3 minute walk from the apartment.
